  • I thought I was just going to put some tomato sauce on the shelf, but this stuff was too good! I turned it into an amazing pizza sauce that I will make again and again. The roasting and leaving the skins on the tomatoes made a huge difference! Let me know if you give it a try!

    good idea to roast them! I have been having better luck pulling and letting them ripen indoors but miss the depth of flavor as well.

    Carter, what blender do you use? That is a great size. I have looked at the Vitamix blenders, and wow, are they expensive. Thank you again for the inspiration as always!
