No they aren't.. So far I didn't face any fogging but if the fogging starts coming up, then you might have to re coat the inside of the visor with anti fog spray.

Unfortunately, No. I have the Spartan Carbon GT and Spartan Carbon. All do not fit. Mine do not have the chemical smell from the visor that has the anti fog coating though. If yours has it, maybe you might want to consider a change with your vendor whom you bought your helmet from?
