- In this video of snowrunner we have an unreleased scout vehicle the ford F750 and we'll pit it against international loadstar 1700 to see which is best among them.

SD1ONE, you should have waited till the dlc is out since the Ford has a Engine that is currently disabled in the files and it makes a HUGE difference for the F-750.

I was wondering if i should get it earlier because of the good fuel consumption but now, thanks to you saying this about the engine, I will get it no matter what.
I'm not much of a Ford guy, I prefer Chevrolet over just about anything else, but it doesn't seem like that bad of a truck.
@@SD1ONE Yeah it's hidden behind comment markers in the files. I just went and, until it's improved by the devs, added on the Westline 2356 (I think that's what it was...) engine option to the 750 and it's made a vast improvement.

Yeah, road had magical potholes and rocks that destroy your suspension.

Damn game is still buggy as hell! Especially in MP it's a shame.

I cannot stand that shit. Before I built the garage in zemagorski, or whatever, I was constantly driving the road from the garage in drowned lands. I straight up started having anxiety over wondering when I was going to have random damage pop up. I get mad and just charge through, and end up with over half my suspension gone.

@@William-McCueRC well yes but we don't fight fires we scout and repair trucks haha it's just a nitpick I'll pretend they took out the fire equipment and put tools in and left the fire hoses on for some unknown reason

Shell Cracker i think it was that irl ford didnt have 11 foot beds (long enough for the f750) and they stuck a normal longbed on there with a gap 🧠
In real life there is no bed, but I see what you mean wish they added a 250 or 350 instead
The real ford 750 with extended frame has a gap like that with a bed. I've saw it myself. They don't make a bed bigger then the 350 so that's what they put on the higher models
I don't know where the developers get their information. The Ford had massive motors including a 7.3 liter petrol motor that did over 480lbs-ft and a 6.5 liter Diesel that did over 770lbs-ft. The thing was as big as it was for a reason.
In upcoming DLC they did add a powerful engine for ford...Let's hope it's powerful enough...because that ford is really underpowered.

go to reddit some guy went through the files to see the stats. 3.5 is the best and .2 is the worst in the files the uod 2 have 1.9 on mud and uod 3 have 1.5

It's a shame the Ford cant haul the Prototype exploration unit. That would be really helpful as it could tow a maintenance trailer then winch the Prototype Exploration unit and when you need to use it, just detach the maintenance trailer and attach the Exploration unit. Then it would be able to go for ages and explore lots.
I still wish for a MAZ 537 as dlc...

I just got the f750 last night, ive only had one reliable truck (AZOV 8X8) but never a reliable scout, now that I have the ford, I have a reliable scout and its my favorite vehicle to drive, it has the big engine now so its not underpowered, which fixes really the only issue it had
Sold my chevy and bought a loadstar, very very impressed, luv the all time AWD and Diff lock, its the Tyga for the scouts. Its better on fuel thanks to the large tank, never get stuck, very powerful and fast, and very very stable, i luv it.
The horn of the F750 sounded like a Windows XP error popped up at 8:10 lol

In the standard version, the engine of the Ford F750 is extremely weak, the vehicle sometimes does not even manage to move by itself.
It's new engine makes it a monster
The loadstar has a bouncier suspension, more prone to flipping, and doesn't seem to hold out on fuel as well. The S+ power to weight makes it insanely good, even with a 2 slot cargo trailer. I like to leave my F750 around the map, it has so much fuel and parts I can reach any stranded truck with ease, I have yet to get it stuck. The custom gearbox is funky though, and the ability to hitch full trailers to it seems silly with its terrible C+ power to weight.
We should be able to swap out horns. Like slap a Pacific P16 horn Scout 800.
I guess compare F750 to Chevy C70 would be interesting. They should be same class.
The C70 would go anywhere if they would cut the frame right at the rear spring hanger
My favorite scout currently is the Loadstar. But seeing and driving the Ford on the test server it became my new number 1. I like the looks and the fact that it can have this special tuned suspension really makes it go anywhere when the engine gets buffed. It's pretty questionable why it can't attach scout trailers like the prototype radar trailer. It feels a bit like the Chevy C70 Kodiak a gap between a pickup and a truck.

Yes but There are not always winch points but the ford is getting a new engine upgrade in update 7.0 with more power

I hope soon. Like whats up with game companies and not acknowledging the console gamer. (Dont start with the pc is better bullshit) like terraria made journeys end for pc only and they said they didn't even start with console. Now this come on
Broly Main in Fighterz if they want to update games on pc they just do it... if they want to update games on console they have to jump through hoops to please microsoft and sony
@@neobarbarus that has a part to play in it. But this started out as a pc game. It's easier to fix the pc version first. Since xbox is run on similar OS as PC, xbox gets minimal bugs. PS is on an OS unique to playstation so it takes extra work so yeah some hoops... The PTS is basically alpha testing. When the update drops for console, it's really live beta testing. I haven't found if this is going to be the Phase 1 update or another free content update. Either way we should have this stuff in 2 weeks or less
On pc there is a public test server launched as a separate game that they bring the updates to first so they can get bug reports and make fixes before the update goes live to the full game. I haven't even tried the f750 yet simply because I don't bother with the test server. It tends to make its way to the full game a couple weeks after its brought to the test server.
When the dlc is actually out. Its on public test. It isnt out yet
Btw the fuel consumption in neutral is significantly lower than if driving in gear off road

I think i will go with the Ford, because even if is hard to go over a hill with it, it dosen't have a very big consumption, so you can take things slowly but surely, also, from what i read from a guy called
"Rafa L" the Ford has a more powerfull engine in the files, and for some reason I like the design of the Ford, and also, in my opinion it feels better overall, but can get stuck pretty easly.
I guess F750 should have same or similar role as Chevrolet C70.

@@pqhkr2002 You kidding me? the Ford F750 is better then chevy c70 because it has the repair points and fuel tanks on the roof and can have it on the utility rack while having cargo for 1 and a trailer for trucks with the locked secret engine in the gamefiles it will surely be able to pull some very heavy cargo
The UOD II tire's have better mud stats than the UOD III you used, the UOD II have 0.8/3/1.9 while the UOD III only have 0.8/3.2/1.5 (Road/Off road/Mud), I toke this data from the Snowrunner tire Google sheets list.
The Loadstar has a bigger truck engine and gearbox.
A good comparison, you need to try on your channel.

the ford would be great if it had a decent engine and the loadstar would be great if you could have mud tires and a flatbed on it.

@just a vet the flatbed scout trailer is available for the Loadstar, which is as good as any frame mounted flatbed it would have.
I drive tow trucks all day long. Not sure why I want to play this game lol. Looks fun though.

Because Tweensteer and MH950 now have AWD, M916 have fixed its steering problem make it now very capable, I even let it take place of Longhorn 4520.

but those tires and suspension are not that good in stock but yes it's better than stock Ford for sure
@@SD1ONE Just got an idea, some vehicles already have good performance when purchase stock or find in map, so what vehicles can be aquired at early game to make game easier? For me, Loadstar can be purchased at very early of game, ANK MK38 can be find in Alaska directly, with off-road tires already attached (that moment I haven't get enough rank to purchase offroad tires). Other high performance vehicles like Tuz 420, Pacific P16, can also find in map, with high performance already.
@@SD1ONE, personally I found the Loadstar to be surprisingly good even with stock suspension. I got gold for all the mountain climbing challenges in North Port with stock suspension and chained tires.
I'm not a fan of the look of the Loadstar but performance-wise, this thing blows all the other scouts outta the water.

Everybody making the Ford 750 out to be a bad truck when really it's not. Y'all just suck at the game. I've been using the Ford and other than power it literally preforms a thousands time better than the loadstar as a scout on every single terrain. The loadstar is trash in snow and Russia maps but I've had no problems getting the Ford through any of it.
Only problem with ford is it's power and it's long wheelbase but It does have a lot of addons and In next update it's getting a new engine which will solve the power issue making it much better at scouting
The f700 is only better cuz it has bigger tires that's it. It can't stay in gear and high gear is unusable
I request a rematch, now that the F750 has a much better engine

I used the f750 even with its v10 engine in Kola Peninsula and was dissapointed in how it performed it was too slow and floppy. Loadstar is King.
Next time, you should do the the TUZ 16 Acateon vs whatever is it's counterpart, if there is any.

The f750 is a bigger truck then the chevy kodiak and is a scout and not a true medium duty rig. But just glad my favorite body style is in the game

I don't know how you drive, but when I drive the loadstar it's easily the fastest vehicle in the game that thing flies.
