I am an empath. So when someone walked into the room, I immediately felt a headache and tension in my chest area. I grabbed my amethyst crystal and held it in my hand and asked it to help me, it immediately calmed the feelings I was having and took the headache away. I love Amethyst. Powerful crystal!

The first crystal I ever got was an amethyst point that my dad got for me from a rock and gem merchant at an arts and crafts show. He traded one of his stoneware mugs for it. I wad 4 years old. It has been in my childhood safe all my life until recently. It is now sitting on my night stand. It is very meaningful to me.

Hi Christa, is the effect the same if i wear amethyst as a bracelet? Will it still help ease off headaches and migraines as well as get the other benefits? I have an amethyst, rose quartz bracelets and i wear them everyday.

l feel very connected with Labradorite but not Black Tourmaline. I connect with Tigers Eye but not Moldavite. Also , I ve had stones disappear. Is that normal?
Hi! Some people do feel more connected to certain stones than others. And yes, stones can disappear and even reappear. I have heard many people report that :)

Some people have worked with amethyst for astral travel. When amethyst is combined with a grounding stone such as smoky quartz or black tourmaline, then it is said that the person will be grounded in their body.

Hey, so i noticed on your lift hand you are wearing a lot of ''a light green stones'' bracelets :) may i know what's the name of the stone and why so much? does month of birth makes a deference for which stone to wear the most etc ? Thanks a lot your videos are amazing, peace.

In this video, the light green stone bracelet is aquamarine with many, many small stones in it. I wear that one a lot as it has a sweet soothing energy. As for birth stones, I don't actually wear my birthstone very much. I work with the stones that I feel drawn to work with for specific purposes.

This is my birthstone :-) I've been going through such a dark period with the recent MH17 tragedy. But I picked up some black tourmaline, amethyst and rose quartz yesterday and I'm counting on some good vibrations from them :-)

That's a great question. It's hard to tell fakes sometimes because some fakes can look so real. Some coloured amethyst can look bright purple or give off dye when you wash it with soap and water.

also I don't know if u have kids or see this on ur self but their is a cartoon on cartoon network that has a show about gems I think its cool to wacth but if u ever get the chance you should check it out (the show is called steven universe n it comes on cartoon network)

have caught up on many crystals that I have though would love see more on sugalite, emerald (sorry if mentioned that already?), clear quartz and iloite. I;m not sure I resonate/connect with m yiolite and may give away to friend. I wonder sometimes why connect with some not others.

We have a beautiful metaphysical store in my city. At the back of the store is an area FULL of crystals. I walked in recently, and stood in front of their display of amethyst. I had such an intense physical reaction, it was like a humming weight on my chest. It would let up as soon as I stepped away and start again the second I went back. It was so intense, I almost couldn't breathe. Amazing! What do you think?

amethyst and flourite are my favorite stones, and i only have amethyst. I made a necklace out of a peice of a raw shard of amethyst and If i feel scared or stressed i clutch my shard if im away from home or if i wear it away from home- it sooths me.

Thank you for this video, Christa! Can one "overdose" with amethyst or a combination of different stones? I got a big amethyst + a cluster and I fell dizzy and even a bit nauseous, when I am in the same room. Do you think that it could be harmful if I use many different stones at a time or sleep with more than one? For example amethyst, lepidolite, rose quarts and labradorite? didashki This is a great question! A few possibilities are that it's good to make sure the stones are cleansed regularly because if the stones have picked up any unwanted energies, then sometimes working with them can create that dizziness/nausea. Or, another possibility is that when working with too many stones, the energies can be intensified or too much for some people. So in that case, working with one stone at a time helps to avoid those sensations. Once a person attunes and aligns to working with a singular stone for awhile, then a second stoned may be added and worked with in combination with the first stone. Many people find working in this way easier than working with a whole bunch of stones at once.

Amethyst is one of my favorites, I'll be getting an Ametrine soon also. My Amethyst likes to wander though, I was just looking for it....again lol. What is your opinion on the Scalar Pendants of Tourmaline with infused energies?
DJ Marco Andre Ametrine is also a great stone! It's interesting when stones wander, it happens to mine too and then they will reappear. As for scalar pendants, I haven't tried them so I can't comment on it unfortunately.
Are there certain types of gemstones that do not need to be cleared?
Can we wear earrings of it ? Are they beneficial

Thanks for your message. That is a good question. Fake amethyst will look very bright purple, almost a neon colour or it could look very dark purple. This type of fake amethyst is sometimes clear quartz that has been dyed purple. If you rube the fake amethyst on a piece of white paper or white cloth, then usually some of the dye will come off. Or if you rinse it in water, the purple dye will colour the water purple. I have seen this happen before. Basically, if the purple colour looks unnatural, then it is probably fake. I hope that helps!

Hi! I was wondering what your opinions are on Jade? Also, if I wanted a necklace, what would a good material be? Leather or cloth as the string? MY reason for thinking this is that I have read that it can interfere with the energy of the crystal if a different type of metal or bad material is used with it, is this true?

Hi! I have tried both leather and cloth string for my beads and found both of them to be ok energetically. I do find with cloth, it can break more easily and I have lost some beads because of it. So, it's a good thing to watch out for!
