Fluorite from Great Britain known as Blue John is worth a mention too!
I bought a mixed Fluorite stone crystal to help me with studying while in nursing school. It relaxes me so much I fall asleep when wearing it. So not I only put it one for a little bit when I am stressed and I need to relax. It helps me with stress and anxiety. Anyone else experienced it?
I love that stone verry much a purple stone underneath my pillow give me verry beautiful dreams and
ad day people are more kind to me when I have him with me..
What about rainbow fluorite? Or is it just a mix of all the benefits?

A lot of great information and I love that you show how to use & incorporate the stones in our everyday life . I was wondering if you had any interesting information on lithium quartz , I was given a beautiful piece but haven't found a lot about them. Thanks !!

Lithium quartz is a wonderful crystal! It has been used for stress relief and to balance/stabilize moods (in cases of mood swings) and restores emotional balance. I will considering doing a video about it :)

Just curious - for all around mental agility and improved memory - what stone would you pair with fluorite? I've heard calcite is a potent learning stone, but I'm not dead sure.
Also, do you recommend any stones that are powerful luck/success stones?
Hi! A nice combination for that is fluorite with blue apatite or even sodalite is good too. As for good luck stone/success, jade is one of my favourites!

I haven't worked with fluorite for that condition so I can't comment on it. However, white/clear calcite has been said to assist with dental issues and teeth issues. Also, it is said that onyx can may assist with enamel issues.

Crystal Healing
Thank you. :) I was actually asking the question because I wasn't sure if using fluorite was contradicted in someone with fluorosis. So many people have fluorosis. I wouldn't want to make anything worse, of course, so I hesitate to use fluorite with my son, who has dental issues from having too much fluoride when he was a bottle-fed baby.
Quick question christa- How can I use Lapis Lazuli to increase psychic abilities/psychic dreams/visions. Im very intuitive and get vibes when i touch things. Any tips? Thanks

It is said that placing a piece of lapis under your pillow at night can enhance dreams, visions and intuition. Even carrying it on the body during that day can help strengthen intuition.

April Braswell Hi April! In some indigenous cultures, medicine men and medicine women would use crystals and stones in sacred healing ceremonies and would essentially commune with the stones for healing in this way. Crystals were sometimes used for divination too in powerful ways. So, the world of crystals and uses of gemstones is a fascinating one that spans the ages :)

Could you tell me a BIT more about 1,2, or3 pts on Flourite?
April Braswell fluorite grows in cubic and octahedral shapes and not points. Sometimes the fluorite will be shaped into points but it's not natural. Although, even if shaped into points, energy can still be directed (or focussed) through the point for healing.

how can you tell purple fluorite from amethyst? i have a dark purple heart shaped tumblestone and i've always thought it was fluorite but i'm starting to think maybe it's amethyst because it's a very dark purple color

Great question! It is hard to tell sometimes since some purple fluorite can look very similar to amethyst. If you can take your stone into a crystal shop, people there might be able to identify it for you.

I've read on some websites that fluorite is toxic to handle & to wear as jewellery, is this true?

It can have some toxic substances. Although, people believe that polished pieces can be more durable. People say that if the stone comes in contact with water, then toxins can leach into the water. Or if there are particles coming off of the stone when ground or cut, then the particles could contain toxins.

This is a great question. Fluorite is a softer stone. I always take off my fluorite jewellery before I shower so that is doesn't get damaged.
