Rareware Villains: Evil to Most Evil
When it comes to iconic game development companies, often our minds immediately think of many of the large triple A teams based out of Japan or America. However, ever since the 80's, a certain British company proved time and time again that they can make some of the most iconic games and characters we've ever seen in the industry. Kmown to some as Rareware, to others as Rare Ltd, and others as simply Rare, this company is responsible for some of the best innovations and landmarks our beloved industry has to offer. They've also created some of the most iconic villains that gaming's heroes have ever had to face with varying levels of malicious actions. Today we're counting down their baddies and taking a look at which ones are simply amusing adversaries and which ones are the most deplorable monsters.

Actually, the Professor is the main antagonist of Conker's Bad Fur Day, not Panther King, Panther King played a role similar to Drek in Ratchet&Clank 2016.

Question, would don Weasel still be number one because of killing Berry, A Civilians, his member, and being the reason for the saddest ending in gaming history. Don Weasel is in my opinion, the most evil n64 villain, rare villain, and one of the top 10 most evil villain ever among with Von Professor from Conker’s Bad Fur Day.
Don Weaso was just acting under orders when he killed Berri, and that weasel should have known it was a terrible mistake to disrespect the Don

grabbed by the ghoulies is by far my most favorite game made by rareware
I think you forgot multiple important things Andross did in Star Fox Adventure: He destroyed Cerinia (Krystal’s homeworld), which killed all of its residents, except Krystal herself. He also betrayed General Scales so he would give Fox the last Krazoa Spirit, but it was only to revive himself. He then attempted to murder Fox, and even when he literally gets a Smart Bomb sandwich (thanks, Falco!), Andross still tries to kill the red fox. Although he spared him, being primarily focus on killing Fox, it's very likely Andross would have tried to murder Falco if he had the chance. When the fox & bird duo win, Andross blows himself up, freeing the Krazoa Spirits in the process, to kill the newly reunited duo, but to no avail.

Gruntilda has also killed her sisters, captured the Jinjos and sealed them away with her magic
Although Gruntilda did kill her sisters (even taunting them before performing the deed), it was mainly their own fault for agreeing to participate in the Tower of Tragedy Quiz Game Show, despite knowing the consequences for failure.
