I know A LOT of people talk about it, but I am surprised that Zoey confronted Chase after his grandmother died isn't here. It's one of the only pieces in media that ever made me cry.
That episode is my favourite but personally I don’t regard that scene as particularly romantic.

Chase made Zoey so much more likable. That's why she'a frankly unbearable to watch in season 4

What I've figured out watching them throughout the show,is that Zoey was Chases girlfriend since episode 1.
She didn't know it though, literally everyone thought they were together but she didn't know it.
Even their friends called her His girlfriend.
It was a weird situation,were they were meant to be together and they both knew it, but they didn't because of the plot!
Yessssss I REMBER as a kid wanting them to be together sooooooo bad cause they basically were but that’s the only thing I hated about the show it was as if back then they never wanted the main couple or anyone with that tension between them to get together idk of it was because they thought it wasn’t kid appropriate but that irked me so much that they never got their happy ending ecspecially since they ended it off on a cliffhanger 🙄.
I had a very similar story, I had a best friend who was like Chase to me (in a normal high school though) and I'm here watching this 2 years after graduating and wondering if I made a huge mistake not giving a possibility to him 🥲
I can't look at Jamie the same after knowing she took advantage of her older sister instead of speaking out. She bragged about having her sister's money and being able to boss Britney. As a younger sister, I could never do that.
In this case someone needs to separete the character from the actor

One thing I don’t get is that a fair amount of people say “it’s hard to watch Zoey 101 because of the female cast being bullies”… yet some of those same people still watch iCarly or Victorious even if it was created by the same guy
So when the cast bullies another cast member, that crosses the line but when the creator is a child predator, they can still watch their other shows

It wasn't made by Dan Schneider and from what I've seen the actors from there all seem to be good people, even the actress who played that obnoxious Missy. Not to mention that the actors in Ned's Declassified all had chemistry and were getting along behind the scenes. Devon Werkheiser, Kyle Swann and I think the guy who played Coconut Head were hanging out together, as well as Devon, Lindsey and Daniel. Unlike in Zoey 101 where the actors had no chemistry and the characters they played were unlikable. I've heard bad things about Jamie Lynn Spears, like Alexa Nikolas left the show because Jamie treated her badly.
I still think the best Chase and Zoey moment was when they had their hands on the bus and Zoey asked Chase (referring to Logan) “you think i’d get disqualified if i stabbed him with a fork?”
“i think it’d be ok, if you kept one hand on the bus”

How the story was written for them they were already dating before you even actually dating. Even when they were not together they still acted like a couple around each other which a lot of people try to do that now

I never really liked of how these 2 were portrayed in the show, tbh.
I especially didn’t like The Radio episode. Zoey had every reason to be mad at Chase. Anytime they fought in the show it made them both immature, in my opinion anyways.

Back when I was kid, I used to think that those two are the cutest couple but right now I don’t think so. Chase is a very genuine guy I’ll give him that but Zoey gets on my nerves with her sarcastic, and blunt attitude is what gets on my nerves about her. Not to mention, in season 4 she went out with James behind his back, kiss and had feelings for James after Zoey and Chase confessed their feelings to each other. Personally I say Chase and Lola are better together in my opinion. Despite there was an episode where they did briefly dated and chase was awkward about it and doesn’t feel the same way about Lola.

The new movie didn't do them justice at all, Zoey told James about Hawai and then she broke up with him and then Chase returned from England. They were gonna spend the summer together, Zoey 101 ended good and they totally ruined it, Zoey no showed and just leaves Chase in Hawai after all they went through awful writing.

Honestly I think they’re somewhat overrated. Mostly because I don’t love the enemies to lovers trope and also because they’re only together for seven episodes and they don’t interact in all of them. That said at this point I think most people prefer them to Zoey/Chase.
Loquinn is a better ship name imo but I haven't watched enough of the show to form an opinion
