Terri!! Thank you for this. 😊 I just found your channel and love what you teach us. I’ve been carnivore 18 months and lost 70# but have noticed a 10# gain in the last 2-3 months. My clothes are getting a little snug.😅 I tried your beef and egg cakes and I am in love! I am going to do a reset like yours with Carni cakes and burger patties for as long as it takes to make my clothes fit better again. Thanks for speaking truth of Jesus Christ. ❤
Thank you for joining!!! I'm so happy I have a place that I can share Jesus with others. It was intimidating to say at first, but I'm super blessed that God has allowed me the freedom to discuss it, even when others are not allowed to.
I enjoy this new method. it took more to make them, by using the blender on each of them, but the texture is for sure much better and they are much more durable than the other method.
I make "Steak & Butter Girl" buns, which are almost identical.
2 Eggs, 2 oz cream cheese, 1C cooked chicken. Blend in Bullet. Form into 2 patty's - bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
They are good, but I use lot's of spices like you do now, and they are so much better!

yessss i love the skillet method, and using my blender sure made them more even textured as well as more durable.

I love that they aren't eggy. The chicken is more bland than beef, next time I want to do a little experimenting and try some flavoring like cornbread and see if it makes them taste like corn bread at all
I don't know about beef carnicakes but Randy likes jelly on his sausage & egg biscuits so its kind of the same concept...savory & sweet in the same bite.

Hello!! you know i love to be prepared!
Just to try it, I did this in an 8" skillet, 1 egg, palm-full of cheese. (could have used ground or canned meat for even more protein, I just didn't have it ready at the time) Spread it out quickly & then followed same method as you. It came out nice & thin, a teeny bit browned/crispy &.. used it as a homemade taco shell type later that evening. Could have been a nice wrap type thing too. I put seasoned ground beef inside w/ a literal speck of good quality sour cream. Surprisingly good! Maybe just because it was something different, idk. Thanks for the suggestion! :)

I'm down to 1 6 3. 6 I'm shooting for 1:55 and see how I feel and if I feel like I can go further I will. My daughter suggested that I go down to 150 to make a leeway for back up to 1:55. yummy looking! I am lazy so think I will try it with canned drained chicken for my first time. And I adore canned tuna, so might do that sometime to eat with tuna salad. And I wonder about how they would be toasted in a toaster when reheated like an Eggo Waffle.
I've made them with rutabaga in the past, and used my waffle maker. Now that I'm using them with my brunch as bread for my burgers, i think this weekend, i'll try them that way! Thank you for the reminder :)

Noooooo I hadn’t, I only added the meat since I’m carnivore’ish, but man that sounds pretty stinking amazing!!!!

I haven't tried that yet. Great idea! I need to see how much 3 eggs weigh and add that amount of whites, and see what i think. Would be less calories too!

I used crock pot cooked ground chicken. It’s pretty easy to work with ground meats

Are those flavoring like the cornbread you mentioned really taste like it?
not super strong, but i only tried it with the bega cakes, so the bega flavor was super strong. I will have to try it with these, chicken and eggs are pretty bland, so it might work!
What size pan and what temperature do you cool them on? I will be making these soon!!
The base of my skillet is 7 inches, and it's bevelled so i'm guessing the top is 8 inches???
I cook them on medium, like straight down from the off position. Sometimes they cook faster than 4 minutes. I flip them when the tops of them are mostly solid. if yours get solid faster than 4 minutes, go ahead and flip them :)
have you thought about the sugar free syrup? I might make some for breakfast, im going to add cottage cheese to mine to see how it turns out, for more protein
Adding cottage cheese will make them wet

I think they tasted good. they were more durable and even flavor with every bite.

it's cooked, thank you for asking, I'll for sure mention it next time. I'm going to try them again in my waffle maker. I used to make chaffles, but with rutabaga and eggs, i called them baffles. now i want to try with my chicken and eggs. I'll also make some with beef, i like those too. ohhhh and i'm going to try the chicken with some corn bread flavoring too!

What temperature do you use?
My dial points straight up for off, and when i cook these the dial is pointing straight down. not sure if it's 5 or 6, but i think it's listed as medium on my dial, but it's straight down from off
