This is awesome I literally thought of this the other day, would love to see the other three Toad colours! I think the only reason Toadette was chosen over Yellow Toad is literally because Cat Yellow Toad is the same colour as Cat Mario, and they like all the characters to be distinct colours.

Toadette is more unique than a colour swap but i do miss yellow toad just play any of the main line new super mario bros except the ds and 3ds version to play as him its just in the wii version gotta do multiplayer
These look nice but I do have some feedback. NSMBU and SM3DW Yellow Toad should have an orange outline added to his vest, not bright yellow don't believe me? Yellow Toad(s) have this unique outline on their vest while the rest have of the regular Toad species have yellow to prevent blending. Same for Big Yellow Toad in SMB Style (I mean the big red and white Mushroom item that turns you modern colored 8-bit in SMB Style) www.mariowiki.com/Yellow_Toad_(New_Super_Mario_Bros._series)#Artwork I think you should just simply reuse NSMBU's yellow Toad texture if the mapping is the same. SMW Regular/Fire Yellow Toad's outline around his cap should be a bit darker it doesn't have good contrast compared to Blue Toad's since yellow is slightly brighter in color. SMB3's Fire Yellow Toad needs a different shade that is a similar color but a brighter color. Fire Mario has orange, Fire Luigi has lime green, Fire Blue Toad has light blue and Fire Toadette has a slight bright pink. I selected every NES palette that is yellow to differ from the big and small form but they blend so white would be a better choice to use. Oh man...SMB Yellow Toad looks not only too bright but he looks soulless and vestless since it blends. I kinda see why Nintendo didn't use Yellow Toad since some of the styles would look too bright on him and inconsistent with other styles. But I guess the best way to distinct Cat Yellow Toad is orange with black spots (like Cat Luigi) like a calico cat. Of course, the belly can still be white but make the base fur orange. Why Calico colored? As with Nintendo known for doing Japanese cultural reference and giving more evidence with the Lucky Bell power-up that turns you into a golden Lucky Cat Statue.
