for bass, tone is super important (basically picking the sound you're going for right away), and then writing the line you feel--not necessarily what is the most complicated or fancy. And just write a bunch of songs and you'll get better and better!
so the title of the vid was "making a beat" which is why I clicked on it but at least now I know how to lay down chords, voice, bass and than you did some fastforward thing with the drum kit so still don't know how to do that so maybe next time could you do an actual beat track from scratch.
Hey there! Sorry i'm just seeing this! Thanks for sharing your thoughts, that's good feedback. Totally see how I could've gone more in-depth there. Always looking for ways to improve
I needed this, im trying to get motivated more to make more beats I go to full sail for mp so I have a lil experience but nothing sounds right to me and I never follow through I just scrap and forget about all projects.
Hey thanks for your video, I’m a beginner of music production, your video helped a lot ! Btw, what is your vocal plug in? is it also in logic? I love this style so much ❤
can u teach me how to make beats like you please ive been stuck unsure of how the hell im supposed to make anything good ive made few things but there all trash and i havce no clue what im doing i asked you tubers before but never gpt a reply
hey bro, sorry its a few months late! honestly the first few months (even years) can just be a grind of trying, failing, learning, and repeat! Especially if you're just learning all the aspects of music production (gear, theory, etc). things can feel like a lot! couple suggestions would be 1) DONT COMPARE TO OTHER PEOPLE! This is you, making stuff you love, for fun and to grow. enjoy the process. and the second thing is (not to plug myself but kinda haha) i've got a series on this channel from beginner to pro music producer taking you through all the topics and things you'll need to know. Especially if you're a logic user, i'd start here! hope this helps :) blessings
