@@CameronBuchan How do you manage to row in a 4 with tall and less tall people? Are the slides unique size for all, or do you have custom slides for e.g. GB Rowing 4/8 where everybody is 6'5 +?
@@frankastier7184 I've never really had a big issue with rowing with different sized people. I think it can be difficult to row with people who row different lengths but in rowing everyone needs to row the same length! The slides though can sometimes be an issue. There are different lengths of slides depending on manufacturer so sometimes they are just too short but most of the time it's just a case of adjusting them slightly so that you don't hit front or back!
2:37 that bridge doesn't look that llow. Rowing in Cleveland we have some low bridges that look like that and it takes some getting used to rowing under them at race pace.
There are no bridges that low on the rowable parts of the Cuyahoga. The closest to being low is NS1, but in a shell there’s plenty of space, only a launch would have trouble.

I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I decided to get the GoPro fusion since it’s what you use for on the water footage. I’m struggling a little with editing though. I got some footage today on 360 and I’m trying to figure out how you make it so it stays still but I can’t figure it out. Would be great if you could give me some help :) love your videos by the way.
Hello! I'm not quite sure what you mean by keeping it still. Do you mean it's following the way the camera is pointing or the opposite? For the former, you can enable it to always point in one direction, I believe its the world lock option when exporting. If its the opposite need to enable? Or perhaps disable the world lock option! If that isn't working, and you want it to point certain places or keep locked on something you'll have to add key frames on whatever software you are using!

Are you trying to get back in an 8? You got into a 2, then a 4, the next logical step is an 8? Also, could you use the head cam (backwards) to actually steer the boat??? Looks like that could do the job?
The pair was because we couldn't get in the four that day and then the four because the race opportunity was there otherwise no racing that day! No aims to be in any specific boat unless an opportunity arises. Although potentially an opportunity next year! 😉 Could do! A bit complex though, can just turn around! Or even a small mirror
