You can find out by asking if they make their own rhinestones, if they do then they are a manufacturer. You can also lookup their license.

It’s really going to depend on the vendor. See if you can get samples to test out the quality.
@@AllThingsShun is there a certain texture, look, how it reacts to certain things? That's what I meant about how to determine " good quality."
@@curvygyrl if you are wanting a quality stone I would suggest glass. The shine in and out of the sunlight is a good indicator, but testing them out is a sure way to find out if they are durable and have the shine/quality you’re looking for.

How do you find your vendors?
I actually used google to search for wholesale
vendors when I started in the rhinestone business. I would order samples to test and narrowed my list down to 3 top quality vendors
