Fantastic, thank you! I've used several of your exercises, and have to say I stunned my youngest daughter when I showed her I could now fully rotate my previously frozen shoulder with only one hitch. I hadn't been able to do that her entire life, and she's 23! As someone with a very 'swayed' back, the core exercises have been the hardest for me, but these look like they might just do the trick :D
Thank you so much for the videos. I have worked desk jobs for 22 years at a computer too high up for me. Chronic neck pain and back pain. I am so glad I discovered your videos. Thank you for the time you take to teach techniques well and demonstrate them. Very grateful.
Thank u so much sir.. for sharing these exercise.. really needed for my back pain.. def will follow n let uno the results.. 👍💞💞💞 Ur service is extraordinary....💐
Thank you so much! These look doable for me. I can tell that part of my pain issues are weak abdominal muscles. I will definitely try these. The hardest part is getting up after I manage to get myself down on my mat! 😁
Thank you for your lovely comment!! This is one of my favourite videos for pain between the shoulder blades. Good luck! th-cam.com/video/rXzEVSpiOoo/w-d-xo.html
Milton I enjoy your videos a lot .!!! I would like to be in your country to recive a treatment from you .I work with deep tisue massage and these exercises are very usefull for my clients .Thank You for sharing !!!
Appreciate these exercises. Thank you . Do you have any exercises for the thoracic (mid) part of the back? I really struggle with pain there. Again thank you.
@@MiltonChiropracticClinic Absolutely! I was assaulted at work (prison psych) last December and among my many injuries incurred severely herniated lumbar discs with spinal cord compression and all 7 cervical discs were herniated as well. Because I live in the US all my treatment was denied ( this country is a nightmare) so I’ve been relying on videos such as yours to put myself back together as much as possible.
Your videos are so much informative and you make a sincere effort to help. Wish I was your patient... I live in Pickering, Ontario. Any chance you opening a branch or suggest anyone knowledgeable like you near by. God bless you for all your help.
Of course. Rate your pain on a scale from 0 to 10. 10 being the worst. If your pain is rated 5 or above (sharp pain), use ice. If your pain is rated between 0 and 5, dull ache, use heat. The latter is most likely more a little muscle strain. Good luck!!
What brand of office chair do you recommend for all of us with bad backs? Also if I could ask, what kind of recliner do you also recommend? It’s amazing how many chairs and recliners are out there that are so very uncomfortable for us 😭
Thank You, interestingly these exercises resemble something I read yesterday as being good for postpartum prolapse, would you agree, or are any one of these not recommended?
Doctor , could you please advise whether hip dips are curable or not? If yes ..could you please advice how to do? Btw this exercise is very helpful for me too..Thank you so much
I have a thoracic injury t9/10 stenosis and movements these cause me to cramp up where I had the partial discectomy. I have another stenosis in the same place from calcification- it’s worse as I get up again. It’s like there is no core there at all, and it feels like being ripped in half. Any standing exercises I can build up with? I am fully mobile and can walk swim etc. My back is stiff and so are legs hams quads etc thanks 🙏🏻
Say if exercise 1 causes pain, should I go back to ice for another day, then try again? Or, is the ice phase no longer helpful. How would I proceed? What level of discomfort should I tolerate with the exercises to continue them? I don't want the other parts of my body to atrophy while healing my back. Thank you for this AWESOME video.
The general rule of thumb is that an exercise is allowed to be uncomfortable, but the extra pain should subside within 30 minutes of finishing the exercise. Good luck!
I have these problems please help 1. Knee pain 2. Shoulder pain when doing shoulder workout 3. Lower back pain on ab exercises 4. Traps hurt while doing bicer exercises
