I wasn't born when this started and I was introduced to it from watching I Love the 80's. I never knew about Luke and Laura now I am hooked to it, so badly that I wish a dvd set with the entire episodes about it were being sold online. Seems like CBS, ABC and all these station want to keep their soaps all to themselves.

The conversations between the cast always cracks me up. The L&L conversation.. “police are still asking questions about Johnny Colby & his girlfriend, Cynthia White.” Using full names as if Luke doesn’t know who she’s talking about. 😂😂😂
The comment about his world crashing down when he met her and knew he couldn't have her was not for the lack of trying. Before Laura and Scott got married he was doing everything he could to be in her life to have her see him instead of Scotty.But it was during her probation and it was Scotty helping her through the probation where Luke and Bobbie were trying to destroy it. By the time his realization of the intensity of feelings was too late, she saw Scotty as the one who was supportive so in the end has only himself to blame for where they are.
Zeke sHUMPERT Bobbi was YOUNG and rough... had dealt with a lot in her short life. Resented what she saw as Laura and her princess holdings. The transformation of that young Barbara Jean to the Head Nurse Bobbi Spencer was a wonderful example of how we could watch someone grow up on a soap. I loved Laura and Bobbi's relationship as adults. They had come so far. (Until one of TG's last episodes when Barbara was all of a sudden propping Lunacy and dissing Laura again like she was 20.. which would have NEVER happened. Bobbi learned well that Laura and Luke were inevitable. It just took her a bit.) Jackie Zeman never gets enough credit for her role in the whole LnL saga. She was a crucial.

Yes, but she knows that if she admits it, its going to destroy her marriage, and she still believes in that. That is the reason this whole things with Luke is killing her. I think she would love to give in to it, but let herself. In the end it takes fateful events to force her hand about how she feels about Luke.

He also suspected there was something going on btwn Luke and Laura but no sure proof, because of Luke trying to get Smith off her case. He backed Luke into a corner saying he should get engaged to J…implying loyalty and resulting in less worry and focus re: Laura knowing too much.
You can definitely the difference between the Laura of this time, and the Laura of 1981. I really get sick of seeing her run to Luke everytime Bobbie is mean to her, like some little kid tattling. Fight your own battles, girl!
First of all of Bobby should talk a lot of trouble she didn't want she wanted Scotty for herself and now she's pissed off. TG is such a good actor and no one had the screen chemistry he had with GF. Glad to see her back on GH.
The more I watch these the more I believe GF carried him. Not that he wasn't responsive but it was the two of them that made this phenomenon.
