    this pain is no joke . i injured it many years ago , it takes days of not usng it , & i mean not using it whatsoever , thats what it takes to finally go away . then it can be months of not bothering me , then once again , out of nowhere , here it is back again . I have several deteriorated disks in my spine& a few times that pain has been so intense that it literally made me pass out, but this pain seems different , i wish i could pass out. it would be a relief . i cante4ven wash dishes ore brush my hair .

    Can you do a CT scan instead of mri

    going to get a second opinion as its been getting worse for almost a year, my regular dr told me that my bra was causing my pain..now I can even hold a remote control nor brush my hair or put on my seat belt....and time for a new regular dr

    “only 10-15% recover without surgery” is complete nonsense and not backed up by independent studies. It’s a super common injury, but outside of America, surgery rotator cuff tears is extremely rare and our shoulders are not permanently damaged
