The og OnePlus One my fav, they've made name by offering awesome spec with cool design for lowly price, lower than the already bargain Nexus 5 at the time. The sandstone finish and the optional bamboo case was iconic back then. Also OnePlus marketing during this time was unforgettably quirky mess, if you know you know.
The next iteration, OP2 was the worst. Not bad phone by any means, just the least impressive in the lineup. Also, in my book the last great OnePlus was 8 Pro. The latest 9 Pro is good phone but from bigger perspective, not great. My 2 cents

I still have a hard time forgetting about it for it's screen alone, which is still second to non. High resolution, no notch, teardrop, punchhole or borders. 90hz is still plenty (60-90 felt like a huge jump, 90-120 not really). If they just did an updated version it would be perfect. They invested so much time into naking the pop up camera as flawless as possible, only to never use it again, such a waste

The best box though in my opinion was a special edition Oneplus one JBL version with red JBL special edition earphones! Also I feel the 3t was the slickest and slimmest one! No offense but, it does make a difference, I mean I have a Nord too but that doesn't mean it's something extraordinary, and however when people buy a phone they usually don't see if the phone are overpriced or something because some of us value our phones more than our PC's, laptops, and even our cars, we can live without those for a day or two but can't with phones, they've become our necessity and spending money on a thing that is necessary and also better in performance than anything does make a point, no offense but that's the truth, and if the 400 phones worked just as 1000 phone then why do people buy them, that means that either the world is mad or you are, no offense again bruh

I had a One, 6 and Nord and I have to say the One was the best for me because it felt the most 'special' and exciting. The 6 was good but quickly felt outdated compared to other phones. I have the Nord and it's good value for money as I didn't want to spend too much. OnePlus were very smart. They launched a good phone at a cheap price and built a loyal following. They then bumped up the price every generation until they are no different to Samsung or Apple but they kept that following.

Its crazy right less than 30 OnePlus smartphones and they can't even provide on time software updates, OnePlus is an amazing company but seems like the are now settling. It was on Mr. Mobile that I some him Quote someone's comment "You either die a Flagship Killer , or you live long enough to see yourself become a Flagship" and well with OnePlus and its current history of updates that's not looking that good. Especially given the fact that all OnePlus phones from the OnePlus 1 to the OnePlus 9 Pro all of them have Flagship hardware for its time and I know that they can easily handle at least 3 to 4 android versions.
Personally I wish OnePlus would release a phone every 12 to 18 months.
All these are my personal opinions and thoughts

The OP1 was by far the BEST phone that I have ever owned. So happy when I got that invite.
