Not relative to other flagships, as the phones around have gotten better and more expensive, so has OnePlus, but compared to the competition, OnePlus is still cheap.

@@josharntt Im a Oneplus lover for its *Oxygen Os* and Camera but still they should give some more for the price they put....Also when they release some special editions with an increase in the price to margin of the flagships they should try to give the specs like them other than just increasing just the ram and storage.....They Should try to put forward features like *IP68 WC QHDplus screen* ....... Hope the One Plus 7 pro fixes the issue but still its said to lack that *IP rating* even in the pro variant which is about to priced at the margin of *P30 pro*
@@josharntt the mid-range has gone up tho. Now 350-400$ is considered mid-range, bu in 2014 it was much lower. Also, the special editions don't have specs like the flagships (ip rating etc) but they are still a lot cheaper than the flagship. So your argument isn't at all valid

I got mine at the very beginning when you had to receive an invite from the community in order to purchase. I'm still using it with no problems!
My mom been using my old Op1 and it still runs so smooth. It's just insane how it's still running so well. One of the best phones I owned.

@@sarihaddu i changed the original battery back in octomber of 2018.it died and started to reboot repeatedly.also changing the battery was pretty easy.

I've had the OnePlus One since shortly after it launched, and I've only just felt the need to upgrade last month. The only reason I did that was the screen had a couple of spots developing where the colours were not displaying properly and there was battery degradation. It still works now though, and I'm currently using it as a dedicated emulator for Sega Mega Drive and SNES games.
I've now upgraded to the S10e, and although I really like it and the upgrade is good, it doesn't feel as groundbreaking a difference as you would expect. The OnePlus One is a fucking phenomenal phone for it's age. I miss the sandstone finish too. It's got so much grip. The S10e is slipperier than a priest up a choir boy's robes.

I still use my OnePlus 3T after almost 3 years and even though I can afford most expensive smartphone I still keep using it because it stil runs smoothly(only one thing sometimes need to tap the fingerpint scanner two times to unlock).
Great video. I think some older flagships still have some great value, like iPhone SE, pixel 1st gen and you also mentioned galaxy and nexus. I would love to see more reviews of old phones in 2019.
In June, 2022 I gave this phone to my father with lineage OS 18.1 OFFICIAL (Android 11 with latest security patch) & it's working flawlessly with Vodafone (GSM For better battery backup) although it supports 5Ghz Wi-Fi bands. No issues with internet usage. Probably the best smartphone released 8 years back.
I am still using the device it's one the best ever made.

I'm still using it right now. Run smoothly, only instagram and facebook apps can no longer update make some features cannot be used (instastory and facebook search).
