      I heard that investing property in Monaco we can expect an increase of value of the property about 10% per year. Is that true? And how hard to rent out the property if someone wants to buy an apt for passive income? Does the renter usually pay a yearly contract or 6 month contract with 6 month deposit?

      How much rent should I expect for a one bedroom apartment per month? €7-7500 ? Is it possible for an agency to manage your property in Monaco? If so What’s the percentage usually cost for manage it? Thanks for answering my question

      I worked on cruise ships and Monaco was pne of our port stops. It's my favorite port and city state in the world. I'd live in Monaco in a heartbeat. Nothing beats the quality of life in terms of safety, privacy and lifestyle.

    Many people have a negative image about Monaco. The truth is it is the safe haven in one of the best weather of the Europe with no crime and their government respect all foreign residents and allow individuals to preserve their wealth instead of being charged over 40% in tax in place like France and other countries

    Thank you for your great videos! I enjoy watching them and who knows maybe one day I will come and buy a place to live in Monaco! Can I ask you what is the typical house money / housing allowance for an apartment in Monaco? I am talking about the costs for service, heating, cleaning, security etc. Is it different from other places? I'm just curious.

    • @sanderrecommends
      @sanderrecommends  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks for watching, and yes, come to Monaco!
      There is no typical allowance. It always depends on the apartment itself and the residence. So far, electricity in Monaco is cheaper than in France, and for a small apartment, you can pay 200-350 EUR a month, depending on consumption. The service charges and maintenance costs in residences with a swimming pool and a concierge can vary from 600€ to 2500/3000€ for a large 3-bedroom apartment on the top floor. However, if you prefer to live in a luxury residence with a spa, valet parking, etc., be ready to pay even higher charges.
      Hiring an independent cleaner will cost from 15 to 30€/hour.

    Monaco is a lovely looking small city, and its great people don't pay tax on wealth, but would not pay for real estate there. Auckland New Zealand is better, with the most boats per capita and lovely harbour, homes and plenty beautiful places to travel to.

    Lol, that residence building looks like a piece of a socialist modernism architecture you would expect to see somewhere in eastern Europe.

    • @sanderrecommends
      @sanderrecommends  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it is. Many buildings in Monaco that were built in the 60s and 70s in the modernist style look a bit strange today.

      The beauty of Monaco lies in the fact that you don't have to see poor people or people asking you for money on the street. THIS is the real beauty.

    A wonderful presentation and you are blessed to live there... i would love to, but I am poor american idiot. 😂. My best job ever was working for an amazing French couple who now live here in Orlando, Florida. If I only had even a little money, I would be happy to live in the smallest apartment or house there!! My former bosses at the French Cafe I worked at in Winter Park, Florida, they left France because of the bad politics there.. the politics here in America are shameful and stupid now.. Monaco has the right idea!! To establish a place outside of big government invasion to your life and into your money.. in another life I will be there 😢
