Dear Ian, Your advice has tremendously helped me raise my first dog the right way - Una is 8 months old now and thanks to your methods we were able to establish great communication with her. She's a bit of a hyper dog but applying positive reinforcement, a lot of praise and "thank you" every time she does something right has made a huge impact on our relationship with her. I hope we won't spoil this and she'll continue growing into the most amazing dog we've ever dreamt of.
