Thank you for the footage. Me and my friends stayed there overnight back in 1984. An overnight expedition payed for by the youth training scheme aka the YTS. (BS) " Youth slaving scheme" that night we shared was the happiest time of my entire life. We laughed until dawn watching shooting starts . Heaven
Thanks Adam.
Fell runners are a different breed both physically and mentally. Good video and amazing photo.
i slept there oh boy, around about 1978/9??it was winter and freezing cold, i had a cheap stitched through sleeping bag and foam mat.
Lovely video a lot of effort to get those shots. It is a great hidden gem, decided to in winter which was a bad idea the whole path up was completely iced
High-quality and positioned beautiful images and photos. Very well made and done!
You are a bit 'made' in that one photo from the cave haha, legs wide and arms like a bodybuilder 😜
I went over to the Lake District ones, but all I saw was fog and raindrops unfortunately.. 😒
I really enjoyed this video though, so this is what it looks like huh! 👍
Thank you .... and greetings from the Netherlands.
Carrying a bag of coal between us and an old 10 litre paint tin was No1 on the must take list when heading to simular places over the years.. Sitting round a coal fire roasting sausages watching the milky-way takes some beating..
Excellent Adam and nice to see the sun out, Top. man
Thanks, John. Everything lined up quite nicely this time and all the panoramas stitched together. Full house for a change
Cool pano, I like the natural framing of the cave.
It frames it perfectly, It'd be a shame to go there and not use it
Excellent video!
The landscape from the cave very much reminds me of the U.S. Southwest.
Thanks a lot, glad you liked the video
You got some amazing shots of the cave :D last time I was up there it was full of litter and very wet :S
Thanks a lot, unfortunately, it's often a bit more littered. I was there at the weekend and there was big bags full. I don't know why people are so lazy to not take it back down with them
nice film and shots. You seem to have been lucky as often the hole is a dumping ground for rubbish as you said and often smells of pee in my experience.
Thanks, Andy. I was there again last weekend and there were bags of rubbish. I don't understand why people are so lazy, if you can carry it up then surely you can carry it down...
Have you got a route card?
