We telugu speaking folks call them.. vadiyalu. These are made from time immemorial across all of the southern part of India. And we do it with all kinds of things.. pumpkins, rice, flour and you name it!! We just dry in the sun instead of ovens (making good use of tropical sun) But nevertheless, I can say they taste good!! Yumm!!!

My son had the pleasure to eat these glass potatoes. It was at the Boulevard restaurant in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦 you can get these in any higher class restaurant....better yet , we can do it ourselves! Thank u for the vid!
Apply the gel a bit on the face it helps in tightening the skin and reduces marks. Don't leave it long...rinse well and you will have soft subtle skin. Chips and pretty face with this recipe ❤❤

Hallo! Amazing.. well, one question only, about oil temperature, you told the 1st time, for glass potato, 300F and 150C than 2nd time for the crunchy one 275F and 190C, but if it's ok 275F the translation to Celsius should be 135C.. i'll try to do them, TYSM! Stay safe... Gerardo from Italy
