After the first encounter, why tha f did she accept the uber? Why she would stay in the same room with a man she is uncomfortable with? I believe the woman. Even if you don't believe her you have to realize he's the one responsible for this entire situation. If you even for one second, try to paint the woman as the bad person, you're a monster. Authorities need to investigate this immediately. If she doesnt show any evidence of her claims, than she needs to be held responsible for the damage she's causing. This is the worst acusation you can land on a real man.
