I'm going to be doing me cab inspection and walk-around inspection tomorrow morning, after working a 12 hour night shift as a yard dog. I've had 5 hours of sleep and am stressing a little bit. This vid has helped me quite a bit, actually seeing and hearing it done instead of just memorizing the sheet of paper my company gave me. Wish me luck! My company is paying for a CDL class A with hazmat endorsement so I'm not going to miss the opportunity.
Understandable! The mood is different when you're being tested - nerves happen, especially when taking the road test for the very first time! You've got this, Young Foe - and thanks for watching!
Dude…. You explain thing so damn easy! It’s because of you that I understand air brakes and I passed to get my CDL permit on my first try. Thank you so much! I really watch your videos about learning anything on CDL and I’d recommended you to other students. Again thank you!
The in cab inspection with the air brakes is very easy. Look at the videos that Johanna does and it will be simple. You are going ti have to watch it more than once.
I’m done with this five years ago good luck to new drivers the reason I’m watching this I have a road test for new job tomorrow they might ask to do break test because I have not done it in five years for all driving I did for all the company I worked with 😂😂😂
This video was GREAT before watching the experience of CDL schooling in real time. However, we still plan to patronize this school in NJ in the future.
Not bad.. I know you dont technically need your seatbelt on first because you're not moving but I still prefer to start with that only in case the examiner might be having a bad day... also so i dont forget before my tug and service brake test...
I assume you chock front and back of the tire, but do you have to chock both sides of the vehicle? Also are the drive wheels or the steer wheels preferred, or does that matter?
I thought we only had to do the 4psi in one minute, no 3 psi and air pressure stabilize the 3 psi is for the old in cab right cuz, i thought we only do the 4psi with break pressed and low air and 2 valves pop out
Hey there! One of our current goals is opening up our new locations - we ARE confirmed for a franchise location in Dallas, TX. Keep an eye out for announcements there! And thanks so much for watching!
in Texas you had your keys in your not safe getting out also you are suppose to put your seat belt is on not very safe just my personal opinion good luck 👍
Hey there! Funny you should ask - keep an eye out for the UPDATED in-cab inspection TOMORROW! The video tomorrow will explain the in-cab and air brakes taking into account the August 2023 changes. Thanks for watching!
Automatic is by default easier because you do not have to focus on it during the road portion of the road test. Still, shifting is a good skill to have just in case!
Hi Cedric - our current locations are up in Linden, NJ and Jackson, NJ. At this time we have options for discounts with nearby lodging - give our team a call at 908-525-3609 to contact our team!

Thanks, you too!
Is this good for 2024 air brake inspection?
I assume you chock front and back of the tire, but do you have to chock both sides of the vehicle? Also are the drive wheels or the steer wheels preferred, or does that matter?
we in SD train 100-125 psi.
I thought you needed your seatbelt on during in-cab inspection.

You’re right, no need to worry about the 3psi portion, just the 4 in one minute
Your really good. 👍
The face he made when the parking brake and trailer brake was already released😂

in Texas you had your keys in your not safe getting out also you are suppose to put your seat belt is on not very safe just my personal opinion good luck 👍
Good job brother
Thanks
how come at the end of the test you pulled the two brakes on but put the truck in Netural instead of park ?
Thank you😊
Is this Air brake check still good to go by in 2023

@@CDLDrivingAcademy hi you wouldn't happen to have a academy somewhere in Nevada that has a affordable training program
Between automatic and stick shift what's better for the test
Automatic is by default easier because you do not have to focus on it during the road portion of the road test. Still, shifting is a good skill to have just in case!
Great video thanks.
Where is this school located? I’m assuming it’s not in Georgia, but do I have to pay fro room and board myself? I have so many questions. 🤣🥴
