It depends on your hero and minion. Usually, you'd sell whatever minion you have to buy two better ones, but sometimes you can also buy one and use your hero power, or with some one-cost hero powers you can refresh the tavern to possibly find something better to buy and then buy one and use hero power.
Great video but the luck is insane in this video. 4:35, Tavern Tier 4 and you get 2 TIer 4s, 2 Tier 3s, and a Tier 2. With 2 of them being elementals. In this EXACT situation 99/100 times I draw 3 tier 1s and zero elementals.
When you have three copies of the same minion (=a triple), they are combined into a golden version of that minion in your hand, and when you play that minion, you get a free spell to Discover a minion from the Tavern tier above the one you are currently on. When you have two copies of the same minion (=a double), you only need one more of them to get this upgrade and should pay close attention to opportunities to triple it.
That would be a subject for another guide, but in general, you want to put your hardest-hitting minions first (to the left), especially in the early game when considerations such as Divine Shield, Poisonous, and cleave are not yet important.
so is there a basic basic video that says what the point is and what the cards mean ??? I was doing this for the wow mount but seems like too much to be honest.

How i put the minions correctly?
Usually you adjust it to your next opponent's last known board. (I think.)
early game usually highest attack frm left to right apart frm minions with deathrattle u want it to trigger first

i don't care for bg whatsoever.. it's trash imo.. tried a few games and it makes no sense to me.. but to each their own i guess.
