@@kiekko673 I think there was more to his death than his dark place of ingenuity! Why in the world did he have 9 broken ribs? You don't get broken ribs by hanging oneself! I agree that he was a genius & that he had his own struggles with that but I just do not think he would leave his children so selfishly because he adored his children. He was a figure in life that shined and was in his own right, an angel and he may rest now but there, I believe, is more to his untimely death than we know! I believe he & Chester both knew something.
Deborah Champeau I bought Superunknown the day it came out, and it’s all there; the deep, deep depression. He shouldn’t have had kids, and that’s he’s only flaw. Shouldn’t have never married his second wife either; if you marry a Greek woman, you’re getting her mother as well, and in this case, they were both super materialistic and loved the Hollywood lifestyle, which is the total opposite of what Chris Cornell was as a human being, and I think he was kinda trapped; he was a gentle, sensitive guy, and they probably abused him quite a bit. Anyway, I still think it was a suicide. Peace.

What do you mean justice. Smh so you’re another of the dullets who refuse to accept or believe that he possibly suffered from depression and took his life that night as he saw no other way out?
Starling Grey WAKE THE FUCK UP! If he was so depressed and down, why did he make future plans with #Soundgarden and so much more??? @@talearingo248 Depression battles, yeah. Suicide, no. This man did not hang himself from a doorknob. Physically impossible. And to top it off the bruises clearly show he was roughed up prior to his hanging. Maybe look into Chester, Anthony Bourdain, Robin Williams and others who have 'committed suicide by hanging from a doorknob'.
Omg... Just realized this was his last performance. He died that night. Makes Eddie's last statement so heartbreaking. I've owned a few audioslave CDs that I've enjoyed over the years but never paid much attention to whose who in the band- raising a family and all that life business. I just know i loved his voice. Now the kids are grown and I'm a new widow, the music has been saving me from severe depression, strangely enough. Rediscovered a lot of older music AIC, DOTN, and EVERYTHING Chris Cornell had his hands on, which turns out to be a lot. On top of my own personal grief for my sweet husband, i also grieve for Chris. For Layne. And for the others whose lives were lost to drugs and suicide, as well as Travis Meeks, whose incredible gift was stolen by drugs as well. I'm so sad, but blessed to have their music. I pray my husband is in good company listening to good music of those that have gone too soon, just like him. RIP Chris

happened to Chris...😢
@@kiekko673 I think there was more to his death than his dark place of ingenuity! Why in the world did he have 9 broken ribs? You don't get broken ribs by hanging oneself! I agree that he was a genius & that he had his own struggles with that but I just do not think he would leave his children so selfishly because he adored his children. He was a figure in life that shined and was in his own right, an angel and he may rest now but there, I believe, is more to his untimely death than we know! I believe he & Chester both knew something.

I bought Superunknown the day it came out,
and it’s all there; the deep, deep depression.
He shouldn’t have had kids, and that’s he’s
only flaw.
Shouldn’t have never married his
second wife either; if you marry a Greek
woman, you’re getting her mother as well,
and in this case, they were both super
materialistic and loved the Hollywood
lifestyle, which is the total opposite of
what Chris Cornell was as a human being,
and I think he was kinda trapped; he was
a gentle, sensitive guy, and they probably
abused him quite a bit.
Anyway, I still think it was a suicide. Peace.
Thank you Steve. A gift that lights up the darkness.
Coolest guys on the planet.
Thank fuck, thank fuck, thank Fuck! For the camera guys, for capturing every moment, and the audio team for recording it all in such clarity. A truly amazing 30 minutes of sublimity.
He had the best hair ..and those eyes so piercing ..beautiful .Let The Good Fly..😎🌹✌💜
I LOVE THIS!! Still heartbroken 😞 from his passing as he was my favorite singer of all time. #justiceforchris
Him and Chester both were going to expose the elite pedophile’s including supposedly the closest person to him is running their own bullshit, and he found out! Research it yourself dumbass!!!!

Depression battles, yeah.
+1..
I love to watch Mike McCready go off! Into his own little world. ❤️❤️❤️
F me, I'm 52 years old, "Reach Down" is my favorite song ever
I was lucky enough to be there. Thank you for the upload.
RIP Chris
This video is from 2011, Chris sadly passed away in 2017. We are all grateful we had many more nights of amazing music beyond this. Thank you for the post.

It's 4:30 am. What I'm doing is tearing up hearing Eddie talk up Chris...brotherhood. fuck I miss him. Only man I never met, yet still cried when I heard of his passing. He was my torch through everything. Everything. He saved me. Thank you Chris. Much love. Always. Forever
The world is a much better, brighter place, because you were it, brother ...........................love.
I absolutely love this performance! Chris is singing his ass off! And the way he looks up while singing God he is so missed now I think of you when I hear you singing the same song you wrote for your good friend and it hurts so much!

Nobody sounds like Chris. 1 of a kind 👌
Thank you so much, you've done a great job. Alpine Valley is in Wisconsin, like me, and I can't believe I missed it :(. Thank you for bringing it to all of us.
Miss you a lot Chris
I’m struggling to find words to explain what I just experienced watching this. It was almost a religious experience, and I’m not religious! What it must have been like to be there that night and take it all in, Live!!? They sure reached down and picked “my soul” up just watching this performance on video. There almost are not any words to express how spectacular this moment really was!
Great voice great man . we still have recordings RIP
He'll be greatly missed....
What a voice. Miss this so much. Legendary talent gone far too soon.
Totally Sublime, Thank you !!!!
What a great band, from the front men to the sound man
Thank you so much for this. PJ20 is one of my most treasured memories and this really brings it back. Much love.
