Soul retrieval is incredible and I’ve done it in my own practice, it is amazing work, but it is usually done in person with guided meditation or some form of work done professionally like hypnotherapy, all in a therapeutic setting that’s safe and supportive. Although I do believe this energy would help with what you’re speaking about, and it would be great to use while doing the work yourself, I don’t think by itself it will have the same effect as a true soul retrieval session. Although, not saying it couldn’t, Reiki is intelligent in its own right and may do work I don’t know about. In short, it can be used as a great support for it. Hope that answer helps. Much love.
