Silent Sitting - Come Meditate 08/28/24

Hello everyone! Just a spontaneous live here, I won’t be talking or doing anything, I just know I’ve attended silent meditations online before and they have been lovely for me. I figure I will go live and sit in silence, which is my daily practice but I think it will be nice to have it live and recorded so people in the future can also sit in meditation if they’d like.
