    UNDARRATED AFFFF
also don't forget, Odysseus' mother died of grief
Teucer not only lost his half-brother Ajax, but was exiled from his home for being unable to bring his brother's body back
The surviving Trojans lost all of Troy and their families
Aeneas lost his wife during the war i'm pretty sure
Poor Cassandra was murdered alongside Agamemnon

I love how this shows the brutality of the Trojan war and not just the glory stories of it

I think it is because the stories were FROM the war, as propaganda.
But once it is done, and no enemies can be fought, the damage can be observed.

Achilles lost his lover and went mad which led to him losing the will to live therefore not preventing his own death

Yes, Achilles and Patropias are one of that they forgot. The reason that Achilles die was for petrophius's death, so therefore, that's why he is dead. SO YES YOUR RIGHT AND DAMMMMM I LOVE THOSE TO SOOO MUCH LIKE AHHHHHGGG❤❤

Achilles was already doomed way before that, when he ignored the advice of his mother and killed Tennes, the son of Apollo

Biggest L of the Trojan war was the fact that Agamemnon lived.

Also both Ajaxes died. One "tripped" and stabbed himself and the other one pissed of Poseidon so badly to a point Wet Hades took it personally.

Iphigeneia was killed during a fake wedding as a sacrifice By Agamemnon to Artimes who prevented the winds from sailing the ships
Andromache was Hector’s wife and lost her son, watched her husband die and people slaughtered only to be taken as a 'trophy wife' and forced to have Neoptolemus kids

The bloodline of Achilles lives on I guess.

Look at Neo(ptolemus)/Pyrrhus, he lost his father at 12 years old, entered a war as a child to avenge him, committed unspeakable acts in the name of revenge, and then died a a brutal death challenging those he held responsible for the death of his father.

there's a story that he might've died by getting hit in the head with a tile

The worst of all is in a video someone explain that all the war with the aple and the contest that iniciated all was planed by zeus, who have 2 reason, 1-inmortalize his descendants as heroes, and 2-low the overpopulation of humans 😢

    Let's see:
Ares lost his daughter Penthesileia and his son Askalaphos
Apollo lost his sons Tennes and Troilus, was the patron of Troy
Poseidon lost his son Kyknos and in some accounts Laoconte
