Hello, this sounds accurate with what I am experiencing with my jaw popping and TMJ/Neck/Upper back pain. Can you tell me what else I can do to address this issue other than breathing and proper jaw position?
@@drbeaubeard No I am starting today. My question is what else can I add in. I often feel too fatigued to be consistent with a workout schedule, and I have been seeing a TMJ specialist for over a year now. I've tried splints and injections and my jaw still pops. My specialists insists that it is not the jaw joint, but that it is my muscle tendons that are popping. I also have a popping shoulder and neck/back/shoulder tightness and pain, which is why I think what you're saying can possibly help me.

@@corey7097 I have no clue, because I have not examined you. But if you have been tested for a year by someone that is not the answer.
