A series like this would be great you explain things straight and simple while incorporating uses of these great build. I would like to see more dungeons that can be solo'd with these builds.
Appreciate the link to this! I've been "speed clearing" in the most inefficient way possible, haha! Time to spend a day or two finishing off the last 11 pieces I need for cheap reconstruct price! Thanks man, you've got best ESO channel on TH-cam by far!
There is a way you can avoid aggroing the adds before the 1st boss all together. As soon as you enter the dungeon, go to the right of the path, and follow beside the path just a bit until you get to a point where the path is deep between two rock and your on top of the one to the right. Jump to the rock on the left of the path and go up against the left wall, then follow it all the way to the boss. Should avoid all the adds that way (I hope I described it right...going by memory here)
This would be a series I’d love to follow. As I only can play maybe an hour or two every couple of days I need to maximize my efficiency. And I often run solo. Gathering mats and sets is what I spend most of my time doing; writs, surveys and soloing dungeons for gear. With the occasional trial every once in a while to remind myself that other people exist. 😆 Anyways, great video. Thank you very much!
(in case you didnt see it on the other comment, haha) Thank you for the feedback and kind words Terence, I appreciate it. I am leaning towards making the series I think. It looks like there is a lot of interest in it and it can help a lot of players hopefully. Thank you as well for the double comment, too awesome!
I would definitely like to see more content like this. I also wouldn't mind seeing how your ultimate one bar dps builds perform in a group situation....say running through a dungeon. Seeing a dummy parse is great, but seeing a build in action is even better. Thanks and keep up the great work. We appreciate you!
Fun(or maybe not) fact: if you farm the first two bosses, you can get your feet, hands and waist and the second boss you'll get the chest and legs. It's not a full clear, but if you're needing gear quickly, you can just farm the first two and reset the dungeon. Often, there is a dungeon chest behind the first boss as well for a possible extra drop :)
I think this is a great idea. You can't always find a group to play with and this is helpful. Thank you Dooma for your continued content and making life easier for me :)
Me again … I think this is the first time I have posted two threads on the same video back to back. I think that doing a series on soloing would be an awesome way to showcase your builds. A lot of creators out there make builds that can generate impressive damage against dummies but fail when run in actual ESO content. Your builds WORK. Why not show a one bar build of yours owning Arx Corinium, Crypt of Hearts or something? The series would probably be limited to pre DLC dungeons, but that is OK. Many folks cannot even solo public dungeons much less 4MDs. Could be fun. I’d definitely watch. Take care.
Thank you for the feedback and kind words Terence, I appreciate it. I am leaning towards making the series I think. It looks like there is a lot of interest in it and it can help a lot of players hopefully.
For the ultimate efficiency and if you're on pc or console with the armory npc, I would recommend using a speed build with potion reduction cooldown and invisibility pots : - Adept rider - Jailbreaker - Wild Hunt ring 3 infused jewelry with reducing potion cooldown enchant steed's blessing CP slotted That way, you can skip every single unecessary mobs/bosses (some aren't mandatory to continu through the dungeon, like the first one I think if you don't need the body pieces), run at speed cap and with your stamina full. When you meet a boss, just switch your build with alpha gear or the armory if you're on console.
The 3-add boss after the mammoth was a nightmare, minotaur always came in, no matter how far away I stayed, and when I would try to run to the glowing areas I would get stuck on the geometry with the rocks, lol. Maddening.
Hi Nethezbet! Oof! That does sound annoying! Strange the minotaur kept coming into the fight. I am not sure what happened there. I hope you were able to get it done and thank you for watching!
Excellent guide and simple too, with the new curated system I think a lot of people could benefit from these types of guides even if it just to complete their sticker books.
Thank you for the feedback Davy! That is kind of what I was thinking too. That coupled with the new gear set hybridization brought a lot of really old gear sets back to life people either never got or got rid of a long time ago. Thank you for watching as well!
100% getting what you don’t have is better now but getting what you’ve collected already now takes longer lol so being able to go through them efficiently will help a lot of people I reckon
Loved this video. I would definitely watch more. I probably don't have a character yet that could do it, but goals. I need Pillar of Nirn weapons, so might try anyway.
Thank you Hammer! I am definitely considering it especially with all the gear farming players are doing now with the new hybridization of gear sets bringing old sets back to life.
I just replaced it on the site with the Two Button Templar. It’s capable of the same thing really. If you look at the vids on the channel around this general time frame, there should be one that says “Immortal One Bar Magplar.” That is what I used using there, but the 2 button one is honestly a bit better (and easier). However, any decent solo build in the game could do this farm as well. So there’s lots of options.
Hi Juan! Exactly the same except I just added purify in place of channeled acceleration and moved acceleration to the back bar (the only ability on the back bar for this. Just to make the video smoother). Thank you for watching!
@@Dooma wow that is amazing, i have everything except 4 pieces of overwhelming in divines and all 5 pieces yellow and im hitting like a truck and im super tanky. HOWEVER, all it takes is that one chest for that one item you are short haha.
@@Dooma Well, you’ve convinced me! I’ll just speedrun the dungeons and grab any chests right in front of my face. Otherwise, I’ll skip them. Thanks for the input.
Hi Champ! I had that happen a few times on stream the other day but it was only the closest bull. I am not sure what changed, it seems random. If you res inside the boss circle area (and stay inside that circle), you shouldn't aggro more than that closest bull however. @@Dooma Well im done farming Nirn set but it was still weird, sometimes a bull would join after the 50% mark and not before it, ESO works in mysterious ways
Hi Gango, no this was on normal. Unless you are going for a monster set, its typically "better" to clear the dungeon on normal. Especially if you know you are going to have to clear it several times for gear. Just due to the fact its much faster and upgrading gear from blue to purple is typically really cheap. Thank you for watching!
Hi Lao! Don’t try to mitigate it, just dodge roll when he does his telegraphed smash. I talk about it briefly at 1:41 This way you take 0 damage from it, the rest of his damage on normal is negligible. Thank you for watching!
This is on normal. If you arent farming the monster set, its not worth it to farm gear on vet. Significantly longer and more difficult clears all vs a few crafting mats to upgrade from blue to purple.
