    I do morning walks 6-7 times a week. Usually 8-10 kilometres daily. I really enjoy audiobooks while walking. I wear New Balance 1300v1 waterproof walking/trail shoes. Yoga pants are my favourite, and when it is really cold, I wear leggings underneath these. I find regular walking by myself is very helpful mentally.

    Yes!! I try to do 10k steps everyday...alternate between gym and outdoors.

    Great video!! I have recently started walking our new puppy every morning and to help make the experience more enjoyable, I invested in new shoes, athletic clothing, EarPods and a few different belt bags to carry some essentials. Having the right gear makes all the difference. My two favourite brands are Lululemon and Athleta. Both have some really high quality gear. The right clothing, footwear and accessories really make the outdoor exercise so much more enjoyable, and if I'm happy, I know that I will keep up with the activity.

    These dogs definitely wake me up every day for their walk! 🐕🐕 It’s good for me, though. I love getting out there in the quiet of the early morning and feeling the cool air on my face. I always have my AirPods in but I almost always forget to choose a podcast because the girls are so excited to get out the door!

    I walk 3-4 times a week. Sometimes is on the treadmill at our clubhouse and others it's around the neighborhood or at a local park. When I walk outdoors I like to be "in the moment" and notice all of the beautiful nature around me but if it's on the treadmill I always listen to music or a podcast. However you do it, just do it. It's so good for you and gets your day started right.

    A pre-breakfast walker, rain hail or shine, for some 26 years. That way the walk gets done (no ifs, no buts, no maybes), then it's home for breakfast and the rest of my day. Kickstarts my metabolism, lifts my mood and energizes the day. Sports leggings, track pants, a cropped t, fleecy zip front jacket, light rain jacket, merino hat and gloves in winter, sun hat this morning to beat the mid summer heat, always a great pair of trainers. Dress for the weather. No cellphone or device = no distractions, just me and nature. Bliss!

    I walk from monday to friday 6 km in one hour, I wear joggers and a Tshirt

    I race walk 4 to 5 times a week. Usually wear leggings and a sports t, with a sports bra. I sleep well and feel better when I do my walks.

    I really should get up and walk. We own almost six acres. But we live on the side of a mountain. It’s not an easy walk. My husband walked up to the top of the hill today. But I didn’t go with him. I did walk down to get the mail. And I had one of the cats go with me. Our driveway is a steep hill too. It gets your heart rate up. I check my heart rate when I get up to the house. I would never walk on our street. We live in the country and I have seen the way these people drive. I do go out in our small backyard. We have a little yard fenced for our dogs. And I walk back and forth when they are outside. Usually I’m not done walking when they want back in. And I have gained weight from the steroids I take. I’m not happy about that. But I had my pituitary gland removed and I don’t always have a lot of energy. So I do what I can when I do.

    I really want to start walking more! I know my dogs would love it. I just have to get up so early and would have to take each dog separately as they act a fool together. 🫠
