build: strength runes to provide might for the team
rotation: swap to staff slightly before the end of each phase in order to be able to swap back to sword for the next phase after CC. use staff 4 to heal the frost spirit and staff 2 for decent damage and group healing (and weakness uptime for weaver when he joins us). immediately turn on strength facet on entering glint to keep providing might.
