My house is about 1400 sf. I have half of it closed off, and don't really need all of what I still have open. I've decided when I'm done traveling, and ready to settle down again, that 700 sf will be a generous size, for me, and less would still be quite comfortable. In preparation for becoming a nomad I've divested myself of possessions that have done nothing to make my life permanently better. I've now come to realize that my house has been more for my stuff than me.
I did wonder if you were thinking of buying property, but I was surprised at how expensive it was. No different from my area really, but I guess I thought it would be less expensive where you are…….I think it would be amazing if you found a decently priced lot where you can live in your rv and have room for a few rvers to settle in. Then you would have friends , and not have to move constantly!! Utopian dream, lol
Looking at homes in the Eaglenest-Angel Fire-Red River area not much out there in the $300,000 range or below. $500,00 and up seems more common. Of course these areas are recreational-touristy areas.
It's a beautiful place . I've seen lots much cheaper than that out that way. I've been looking to maybe buy a small piece of land I could camp on. If you see anything like that, let me know.
@@tomjourneysadventures7021 this is in town with utilities. I have never seen anything like this price. The cheap ones do not have utilities and they are rarely walking distance to a nice village.
This has been SOLD!
Beautiful views! Thanks for showing us.
Real estate gazing - a favorite pastime, even though I have absolutely NO plans to make the purchase. Thanks for playing the game!
I’ve really enjoyed following your NM trip and stay…absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I’m glad you are sharing this!
Thanks for sharing this with us. I am looking for land in south west area. It is a beautiful spot. 👍
Well below the median home price in America. But Winters are indeed a little rough in this area of New Mexico.

Way too cold up there.
