quartzsite looks great. nice tour of your setup. what direction and angle is your 6 solar panels tilted to the south. It looks like slightly southeast? The angle is hard to guess? any advantage to having your separate panels point more east to get more morning solar?

Pahrump’s climate is not too different than Quartzite. Maybe 10-15 degrees F. I’m wondering if you go to Quartzite for the socialization? It’s not the traditional “get out of the snow reason.” I could be wrong.

i always notice on your windshield a sticker that says 11ft .is that the height of your trailer cause alot of people forget about that and i see videos of people tearing their roof equipment off. great idea and love the Q videos

I am an absolute newbie to the camping world. I just purchased a2000 Pleasure Way van and hope to be on the road soon after some repairs. I am really enjoying your videos. How do you know where to park your rig in Quartzsite. I see the main roads but once off of them I don't really see any smaller roads or actual markers for camping areas? Is it basically a free for all? Thanks.

If you use their "residential" plan it's &120 a month. All you need to do is change your address in the system when you move locations!

So I'm confused and you've said it twice in this video. I'm trying to decipher this "quote" you keep saying and I'm using mental telepathy 😮 so it's hard...Do you mean if Amazon sends your package "UPS" OR "FED EX" the usps won't accept it? Because you keep saying USPS maybe you mean UPS at 27:37 twenty seven minutes thirty seven seconds into your (very awesome video by the way and thank you for making it) you told the lady that again if amazon ships to us post office usong USPS it will get denied???? You can tell how reluctant Dottie is to get away and ride in the car. 😉 If she was just a bit LESS eager it would be hard to restrain her.

That is a great set up. I’ll be out to quartzite in about a week or two hopefully you’ll be able to give me some tips.

Organized and functional. How do you keep the wind break from going airborne?

I have a question. I know the snakes kinda hide out during winter. But the scorpions still come out. Is this correct? Is there a way to make a perimeter around camp to discourage them from coming in? And also, do scorpions tend to get inside vehicles? Like on the seats, floor or what ever. Don’t hear much about them really.

Wow that is a great effective campsite. We can see and understand the attraction to the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A slice of heaven on earth. We see it didn't take long for Dottie to get used to the setup and be comfortable with the view. I had an idea about your water transfer routine. Maybe use the back of the pickup bed as a platform to transfer the water to your trailer. Just backup to the trailer with the pickup and do everything from the tail gate. Protect your lower back and legs. 😊

You got a nice setup bud. I always bring my metal detector last time I found a gold ring less than an inch underground. Enjoy
