Of course! What you've shown off of Derelicts so far is incredible! I can tell that you've put a ton of work into the game and I can't wait to see what the full game is like when it's out. Keep up the great work and I'll check in on your channel and Steam for more development updates!
Thanks for checking out the video! I really like the direction you're going in with Forever Skies and the setting as well! Best of luck with the rest of the development process - I'm looking forward to checking it out when it's ready!
Forever Skies looks really interesting, it gives me some Subnautica vibes, and I love that game! Regarding ARK 2, god damn, when I first saw that Vin Diesel trailer some time ago, I laughed my ass off. Fast & Furious 50: T-Rex Drift. I can already see the plot: They drove so fast that they entered hyperspace and went back in time😄. I'm not saying it will be a bad game, just that the trailer was hilarious to me. Great video, keep them coming!
Thanks! Smalland is definitely one I want to see more of because the concept is really cool and what we've seen so far looks pretty promising. Rooted took me by surprise when I first saw the game during its Kickstarter campaign. Glad I could highlight it in this video!
Yea Forever Skies looks awesome! Really dig the atmosphere they're creating there. Nightingale is super intriguing and definitely looking forward to Frostpunk 2 as well.
100%! I like where Smalland is headed and hopefully we'll see more as time goes on. I tend to like games where you're small in a world that is normal sized. Tinykin comes to mind and the Supraland series fits that bill too!
Survival is not usually my genre, but some of these seem like they have a really cool premise! Specifically, Forever Skies. I think what usually turns me away from them is increasingly complex crafting systems that start to stress me out (ex. Subnautica) I enjoyed that one but ended up using some console commands so I could just explore freely :p
That's been an aspect of survival games that I'm not as big of a fan of either. The crafting systems can get a bit overwhelming at times when I prefer exploration. What has helped me enjoy survival games more is co-op. Playing games like Raft in online co-op has been so much fun and so anything with co-op has me really excited to check it out. Raft also has a ton of difficulty options and most of the time I just play survival games on easier difficulties to be more chill overall.
