The new Kurt Cobain Signature Jag-Stang, a perfect blend between his well loved Jaguar and Mustang, released to celebrate 30 Years of Nevermind, now I have to do a bunch of Nirvana content finally! Let me know what you think below!
Picked one up last week Loving it, great guitar very versatile Hope to see more videos with it and maybe some more thoughts once you've had more time with it.
@@clips1071 still love it very much so! Its been a dream guitar for a long time and i wasn't disappointed. Jaguar is on my list too, the Vintera looks great and true to the original. I wish the Vintera had Rosewood like the Jagstang instead of Pau Ferro though.
@@grungelives yeah that’s the only thing that’s really stopping me from getting it is the pau ferro if it wasn’t for that I woulda picked it up already .
@@clips1071 i was really happy to see they went with Rosewood for the Jagstang though it was nice to see the Mexico plant go the extra mile on this guitar
You're one of the only reviewers who didn't just plug in a DS1 and say "see! Nirvana". I wanted to see what it sounded like with light OD, fuzz, etc. So thanks for that.
Got mine in '96. The neck's a bit narrow for my inarticulate monkey-fingers, but it still plays well. The sound of yours is the same as the OGs: Versatile, & clean. I did have electrical issues with mine, but if you know anything about how to fix that, then it's nothing catastrophic. The tremolo has a propensity for throwing it out of tune quickly, but is still smooth, with quite a bit of range. All in all, a good buy. Good for Punk, Blues, or Surf, in my estimation. Paid about $600.00 for mine, eons ago. Don't know what they go for now. Your session really showed the range this little thing's got. Nicely done!
hey harry, i love your gear demo videos and i also noticed that you didn’t do a video on earthquaker devices pedals yet and it would be really cool to see a video like that
@@jmdyt3626 Better how? the only thing that's toxic was your own comment here trying to belittle me as broke and can't afford something. I own 10 guitars. It's not the price, it's the principle. If Fender is going to charge $1300 for a guitar, it should be American made. They're only selling for that price because of their own artificially created scarcity. Inflation is real, but not to this degree. MIM should be in the $700-800 range. Cobain would have hated this cash grab and price gouging from Fender.

Could please play in bloom?? I would love to see.
Anyways, great video. Congrats
There’s going to be a BUNCH of Nirvana covers coming!
@@HarryAndAGuitar yass
That intro song was like a combination of Oasis and Arctic Monkeys.
Omg yes
I've been waiting for this for a long time!! Keep it up, you're doing great!
Thanks man! :)
In awe of the quality of this demo, puts other channels to shame tbh

Do you still love it ? I’m thinking of grabbing this or either a vintera Jaguar . Thoughts?

that was fire when u hit the too much to ask lick
Beautiful guitar
After a long time, I'm back to comment 🎸
Excellent
Thank you’
I’ve always like this blue, bit dear for a made in Mexico tho. Love the content keep up the good work
KURT COBAIN
Can we get some Biffy Clyro covers too?!?! Animal style, thundermonster , and that golden rule are my favorites!!
Feels so weird seeing a stock jag stang after modding mine
Stock pickup has a high bass/treble but lacking of mids, why Kurt don’t love stock pickup and upgrade to TB-59.
I’m thinking of buying this or a vintera Jaguar . Thoughts?
Time to do nirvana covers
What's the name of the intro song? Sounds awesome!
Edit: Kinda reminds me of Piano Lessons by Porcupine Tree.
Came up with it for the demo, thanks! :)
@@HarryAndAGuitar Dude... You should consider making music. That intro song was genuinely amazing
is it a actual song @6:20 ?
How long did it take yours to come in?
You should check out the Hagstrom Fantomen guitar models, they're amazing!
Would love to!
I love my fantomen to death! Crazy good guitar for the price! And they'll be coming out with a silverburst soon too!
Are they any different than the originals
yeah, they're made in Mexico instead of Japan and cost almost $1000 more
@@eldritch6871 inflation mate!

You should join a band Harry
Nah..i think a band should join him
Can you please do a how to sound like Radiohead? Budget if possible
Arm???
harry do you have an Australian twang?
No! I’ve just lived in a few places when i was younger so I have a weird accent hahah!
@@HarryAndAGuitar Man, you could do a Q&a about tou sometime
can you please do a cover of roll with it oasis
Bought this guitar today and am VERY disappointed. Sounds like a cheap Squire
It’s just a cashcow
It’s all about the tone you want
