122/160 so far.....160 should be D IMO. It will be very difficult to update the project documentation without enough substantiation, which can only be facilitated by legal team. The PM is informed of the change for sure, but it is not provided if he/she has enough detail to document, which in my experience cannot be done or assumed to be done using high level information. B should be done after D for sure
Q156: the question specifically says what should PM do to "guarantee compliance with standards". It should be quality control. How does risk analysis guarantee compliance ? Or is he doing risk assessment coz the project is just starting and he is probably in planning stage ?
I was gonna go for B because of a mindset I read from someone else's lesson. But if you read A, it says synchronize team efforts, and address any issues promptly, I think that'll solve the problem with quality and missed deadlines.
@@BryantInManila But daily stantup to clarify project goals? But again B only deals with missed dedline- Time managment /Productivity tool. Hence better A- to address generally
@@BryantInManila It says the team works in different time zone, and I am wondering if we can have a frequent virtual daily stand ups with different time zone personnel in a day. Any thought?
@@reetukapandey4435 this was my problem in another test I did. It was impractical or inconsiderate to find a common time zone, then I remember it was a question for stakeholders. This one is about a team of developers in different time zones, which is very realistic and reasonable to conduct a daily meeting. Let's say you're working for a company in the US, but you're on the other side of the world, meetings are usually scheduled in the US time zone instead of the normal Monday to Friday 9-5 work hours.
Thank you🎉

I guess for question 155 the answer should be B. Because as it is an Agile project, the PM should train, develop and act as Servant leadership.
same thing, Just thought if some one else has same doubt
