I passed my PMP two weeks ago, and Andrew's Udemy course, the mindset, and all these questions helped me pass the exam. I passed with 3ATs. Thanks, Andrew, you are invaluable!!!
I took the PMP exam last week. These questions are exactly like the ones on the exam. Best bet to study these questions a few times. Great job Andrew for preparing these. I do feel after taking my exam these are exactly what a student needs.
The problem #170 looks like an Expert Problem in PMP Practice Exam. It counters the PMP Mindset and is indeed ultra hard. I first identified A and B are the two possible answers. I selected answer A because it fits the solution to the problem better. Then I saw the answer A contains "risk management process". By the Agile manifesto, "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools." I decided that B is the better answer. That is the reason that not many people can score high in PMP expert problems. These problems are good to enhance the mindsets to prepare for the PMP exam. Thanks for these ultra hard PMP questions.
For the question No.162, I think Project team meeting is premature and may lead to waste of time If the Risk is high and cannot be proceed with that. Answer D suggest to do a Risk analysis and if it is ok then get into Feasibility. How many of us would have selected D, had the question worded as ''d. Conduct a premilinary risk analysis ''''''with the team to'''''' understand how the new technology might affect Project risk.
What do you do when one team member has performed extra-ordinarily and needs to be recognized or awarded, do we do it privately or with the whole team? I know we have established that issues with a single member should be addressed privately, but what about recognition? What does the mindset say?
