I absolutely love this video I'm a 14 year old kid from florida always tune into your streams I'm "dolphinsfann" and I don't have a job so I don't have as much money only 100$ every few months I absolutely love sports and your video's and this video was absoluetly amazing for someone like me instead watching you buy cards worth 100's of $ even tho they are cool I can't afford them at the moment
@@ruxy5044 I recognize you from the streams! Thanks for supporting and glad you liked the video. Wanted to make this to show that no matter what your budget, you can enjoy the hobby
I have a job and still only spend $50-$75 at shows each month since I have a girl and daughter but every single person is at a different point, and buys different things in the hobby. For example I’m from Indiana but I’m a diehard Seahawks fan for over 10 years now, I also wanna get into collecting ufc. And I stick to grabbing a lot of bear, colts, and cubs cards to flip around here bc I know they’re v easy to move. So just use the $30-$50 worth of cards from $1-$5 bins and maybe some slabs to pay for my PC Seahawks cards. But maybe next year I’ll be buying a lot more cards to flip and getting the Seahawks for cheap since FB is ending soon.
I'm not interested in investing or selling cards, so for me the "boring part, the cards that I just like" is the best part. I love seeing people pick stuff out that isn't valuable monetarily but is to them.
Thanks trike for the advice! I’m 13 and I am trying to start an eBay/whatnot card business so that I can grow my collection. I’ve been watching all your videos and all the ones on eBay were very helpful! Keep up the awesome videos and thanks so much for being family friendly!
Just started watching your videos as I’m new to sports cards and I’m hooked! Could you by any chance upload a video on how to know if you should get a card graded and what you should check? Awesome video btw!
I'm about to do my first PSA submission very soon. Does a card going in for submission have to have no possible issue with it? No white on the corner, and not a single scratch, even small, and not off centered much? And even then, it might not get a 10, right?
@@markusdowney5457 if there’s a visible flaw with it you can notice then it probably won’t 10. So I personally wouldn’t send it in unless it’s a very valuable card you want to take a chance on. Or obviously vintage or something like that. Yes, even cards that look perfect to the naked eye quite often don’t 10
Love this compared to the “I spent $40,000 at a card show and got 3 cards “

What card comp app do you use?
when you said Duncan Robinson, I was thinking Tim Duncan and David Robinson. That would of been something else in that box.
@@lennongaz haha those were two of my favorites growing up actually!
