Most people prefer to live in a city of the beautiful island that Puerto Rico is, but It seems that you are used to live in a jungle, and feel very confortable living like that to plant your own food. Hoping to see the fruit that all those trees and plants will give you. Love that the terrain is flat.

Taxes are little to none
If you claim your property as a resource for agriculture you pay nothing in taxes. I own 3 cuerdas a house built in 2005 and pay less then $300.00 a year

lawak ng hacienda mo buti mahilig si mister sa gardening.. tanim pa more..umuulan na ganyan din dito uulan saglit tapos hihinto handa ka na ng dinner 5pm na..after dinner walking 7pm na maliwanag pa rin
wow sipag mo sis dami mong mga plants, hubby busy working the road, beautiful view both side of your house, feeding birds with bananas but won't come hehe, have fun cooking dinner!

Nice,Hawaii is similar here in PR my husband had a property there he sold it.
Sad to say we don't speak Spanish.
Hope that you grow some Filipino plants and trees.you will find costumers in the island for it.
We planted some,we don't plan selling it,its for own consumption..

We only have one shipping container in the property.
@@AdventuresofaFilipina20 was the shipping container easy to purchase, I have a farm in Comerio and thinking about getting one to use for tools, storage, shelter in case of emergency.
Yeah it was easy there's a lot for sale online we got ours in Craigslist.
