I have been known to rail against the anonymous dance acts that seemingly clog up the lower depths of these charts (especially the trance and garage stuff from 1999 to 2001) but I think I bopped away to about 90% of the dance tunes in this video.
Good video!!! You might think I'm crazy, but I feel like underrated artists have a little more creativity when it comes to making tracks, that must be why I kinda hate listening to songs from very popular artists, but that's my personal opinion.
I can’t think of any decent tunes from Ringo Starr. At least Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison made some decent solo material. Of course none of their material will ever beat the supreme qualities of their band, The Beatles 😊
Hard to believe this was 31 years ago. Kiss had some sort of revival here in the UK and US between 91-92. I do like 'Hazard', kind of a mystery song of video. Richard Marx's biggest hit here. That R Kelly song has aged badly, especially with the deceased Aaliyah mentioned in the song. Celine finally broke out here in the UK with a lovely soundtrack ballad. I'm shocked 'Tennessee' was not a big hit here. My auntie made a huge fuss over KD Lang being lesbian (we knew and she is straight my auntie is). Capercaillie must have the first ever Irish language song ever in the UK charts. Something Ireland must try for Eurovision, but that's for another time. I'll say from 1992, the 90s was starting to settle in with it's own identity. This is a pretty strong line-up here. Thanks for this Francis. I was only 7 at the time, but remember most of these fondly 👍 I have too many favourites here. My favourite Elton John song 'The One'. Beautiful power ballad and doesn't get enough attention compared to his other known songs. The excellent of 'Knockin On Heavens Door' by Guns N Roses. That group couldn't do no wrong and Axl Rose and Slash are the memories of my childhood. 'Everything About You' by Ugly Kid Joe and of course 'Missing You Now' by Michael Bolton. Finally 'I Don't Care' by Shakespeare Sister. Playing out their public row and the usual quirky sound of both women's voices. Just too many to choose from here. Those five are my stand outs.

This must be the first time I’ve seen a song based on the theme of Pac Man
Good video!!!

Solo wise, he is the weakest of the four members. John my favourite, but Paul and George did produce good solo hits.
Happy last weeks of may come on June
The tracks 'Tennessee','Constant Craving' & Real love now have failed, but later were reissued and reached the top 20 in UK.
We all missed Michael Boltons lovely locks.
