theres still alot of really good brony musicians and animators out there still, its just that theres alot of smaller creators and not as many big ones. Tombstone and Sim Gretina got out of the fandom, alot of creators either changed names or left youtube, and a couple (like BlackGryph0n) even went on to work for the show or get real musician/animator jobs. So yeah, its more of a "Silver Age", the fandom hasnt died or stagnated its just smaller and not as good as it was back in 2012.

When the song came out. I felt sadness of you guys leaving the fandom, and having a sense, that the fandom was going to die. Now hearing it 8 years later, now that the Bronies, have left a mark setting us in stone on the internet. And we're still here going strong. With G5 well make a Resurgence. I know micthemicrophone disappeared out of no where, glaze is always busy and never make videos or music, and the living tombstone abandoned the fandom a little bit before fnaf came out. I wish they still made can work but sadly they're gone and probably won't ever return
According to lots of updates by them, IBringDaLulz is still uploading demos and shit to his soundcloud but also got a job so doesn't have as much free time, but he's active on Twitter and somewhat on Instagram, although not on his Facebook, DeviantArt or Tumblr, he has mentioned he has plans for pony songs soon, a couple of which he said he wrote with Mic, so Mic and him may both come back; Mic also got a job but he's been extremely active in his Tumblr and Twitter. WoodenToaster is still kind of active not really on his Facebook. LivingTombstone is still making content, although not pony anymore. Hope this sums it up for ya.

Lulz you're right about, from what I can tell, but you're definitely off mark on Mic and Glaze. Glaze had multiple big hits this summer with "Help Us", "Energy Sway", and most notably "Tough Luck". Mic has made a comeback along with dBPony with the giant smash "No Chance". The Living Tombstone, while active, seems to be balancing out his pony hits with some other fandoms, such as Cookie Clicker and Five Nights at Freddies'.

I've been having some personal troubles recently, with hating my job, worrying about school and having to drop contact with a good friend, and the message in this song really helped to cheer me up and motivate me. I mean, four of you have been in the music scene since 2011, and two years later--which is a lot for us--you continue to unleash music. Plus, you bring Amethyst along for the ride, giving people wanting to start up a good shot of "hey, she's with all these legends, maybe I can too?"
I remember seeing lulz record for this in a livestream many months ago. I was waiting for it to finally be released and I am not disappointed. Tomb did an amazing job on the instrumental, one of the catchiest things I've heard from him so far.
I first met Glaze (Rainbow factory), then to The Living Tombstone (Run, Shoot, Kill and Cry) then Mic The Microphone, and Da LULZ with the remix of Beyond her tomb, and I see that they are good at what they do I hope really love what they do, and if so, put more effort and more desire for future songs, so that their faithful fans follow them forever.

There are still a lot of good people in the MLP fandom. It's just that it has the same problem as the internet in general: the loud and obnoxious people tend to be the ones who get talked about. Nothing at all wrong with losing interest and moving on to other things, of course. Like you say, it's just a fandom.

I remember seeing lulz record for this in a livestream many months ago. I was waiting for it to finally be released and I am not disappointed. Tomb did an amazing job on the instrumental, one of the catchiest things I've heard from him so far.
I first met Glaze (Rainbow factory), then to The Living Tombstone (Run, Shoot, Kill and Cry) then Mic The Microphone, and Da LULZ with the remix of Beyond her tomb, and I see that they are good at what they do I hope really love what they do, and if so, put more effort and more desire for future songs, so that their faithful fans follow them forever.

There are still a lot of good people in the MLP fandom. It's just that it has the same problem as the internet in general: the loud and obnoxious people tend to be the ones who get talked about. Nothing at all wrong with losing interest and moving on to other things, of course. Like you say, it's just a fandom.
