Your truly welcome, and British to, how fitting for you to do a song by a great artest and true liverpudling. The beatles are, we're and always will be my favorite, I was lucky enough to see them at shea stagium. And paul in Boston, and ringo. Keep teaching beautiful beatles music. God bless you, mitch.
Looking back 60 years George Harrison seemed to stand in the shadow of John and Paul. But today we know it better. mille grazie, Ivor, for this brillant lesson.
This is one of the most beautiful songs I've heard. You can watch george play it and his positions at a Japan concert on yt. He's using a capo though. Thanks for this lesson!
Ivor, just watched your lesson with the capo ,brilliant ,could I ask what type of capo is that ?it seem to lock itself Thx again for another clear lesson. Bernie
Hi Bernard. Glad you enjoyed my lesson. For more info on the capo I use please check out this equipment review I made a while ago. The capo info starts at 7m 16s into the video. th-cam.com/video/Q2Pol2jb_FY/w-d-xo.html Ivor
Great lesson sir. But that aside, I wanted to mention that you sound scarily similar to the gentleman that reads a sleep story online called Rainday Antiques. You can find it on TH-cam. But anyway, fantastic lesson. Thank you.
Hello Ivor. I have learned a great deal from your videos. Your guitar sounds lovely. Who made your guitar and what model is it, Thank you so much. You have given this old man faith I can improve.

Another great Tito ivor, many thanks forma all tour great annd intresting vídeos..how often do you change your strings and what auge do you use? Thank you...saludos desde ciudad de Mexico
Hi Eduardo. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad that you find my lessons helpful. I use Elixir Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Strings, Custom Light (11-52), Nanoweb coated. As I play my guitar for around 2 hrs a day I find I need to change these strings around every 10 -12 weeks. Keep safe and well. Ivor
i really like and appreciate your videos but when you don't start the video with a demonstration, i dont know what i am about to spend time learning, everyone plays things differently, with more or less detail, more similar/different from the record, etc...so just a tip i think more people will be willing to invest time committing to your lessons when you first demonstrate like you normally do
George Harrison played it live with the capo on 5 and using D shape. I cannot understand where from and why you teach it with the G-shape. Makes no sense to play it a different way than George wrote it and played it. Why do you teach it in the G shape?
If you watch my lesson from about 12m 15s you will see I show the alternative method of playing it with a capo on 5. At the beginning of the lesson I did say I would be showing 2 ways of playing this song. Ivor
You are a breath of fresh air my friend. Your natural way of approach is so refreshing. A credit to you. Cheers.
Hi GAJ. Glad you enjoyed my lesson. Thank you for your feedback. Ivor

Hi Robert. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you found my lesson helpful. Ivor
That's a lovely lesson but like others have said, using a capo on the 5th fret like George makes this song much easier and with more open strings.
Hi J E. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you found my lesson helpful with the alternative capo option to make it easier to play. Ivor

Hi Mayesa Dasa. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed my lesson. Ivor
For the first version g..
Sounds close but a little off in some parts. Maybe just the position of the chords.
Cool. Tune your bottom E-string to a G an life is simple!
Hi The Lone Piper. Glad you enjoyed my lesson. Thank you for your feedback. Ivor
oh no, I like the A version but my natural lazy instinct points me to B
Hi Tiiveni. I don't think you will be alone in choosing 'B'. Ivor
