Thats a big question. Why are they build up in cagayan and tuguegarao where they held protected by these chinese surname mayor and pro chinese governor.?? And not in much industrial part of country where great schools are located. tuguegarao and cagayan seems to be unfamiliar place for a foreigners😊 except where EDCA sites where located

Does all their businesses legal from the start? Does it not evade taxes? Does it pass to customs legally when their products enter philippines?
