Based on Enrile's senate statement the one who backdoored the proceedings that led the Chinese to capture the islands in WPS is now the person who is blaming the Duterte Admin of not working to get the Islands back.

Per Enrile “I have been in charge of national security before you were born” yes we remember how you lied about an ambush that precipitated the declaration of martial law. Then he turned against his boss/dictator when his own life was threatened. So sad to see Enrile continued to be in policy making and government service for a long time. And i dont understand how the Filipinos tolerated this amoral person to be in key government posts.
