I own a 2021 Jeep Gladiator on 37s with a 4.5 inch lift. I wheel it in Nevada and the southwest. Seeing a gladiator on 4WD 24-7 in Australia is fantastic. I hope to see much more of the Jeep Gladiator and even the Wrangler in future videos.

this might be my favorite episode so far. the joy Jocko gets from zooming in the lil Zook is just epic hahaha i'd love to see the Zook lifted and on some 33's tho. would definitely look like a little windup car if you did 😂😂

Yeah I've got a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon...2" lift and 33's...im changing to 35" tyres next...the 33's aren't quite enough in the boggy mud holes. It's a sick 4wd though!the downside is my rim offsets are too wide for so,e of the ruts...I keep running tyres off the beads cause they (the beads) fill with mud

Plausible, the intake side probably has a blow off valve, but I'm not sure if the exhaust side does.
^^this. Probably had about 3 bar of post turbo backpressure, and as the turbine oil seal is just a piston ring type seal, that back pressure bleeds into crankcase, where it may have damaged the non return valve in the crank case PRV......

i wanna see more of those jeeps, and if that is what the night eagle can do, image a Rubicon with 35's. I've got a gladiator rubi on 35's but I haven't taken it on any hard tracks yet. i think Joko should buy a wrangler rubi and make a weapon from it

Beautiful thing with the Jeep is that you can buy a Rubicon unlimited, lift it 2 inches and even with the stock tires it will go almost anywhere on some of the hardest tracks. The 2 door doesn't need anything at all, just a hand winch. Though if you want bigger tires it's easy to do, no cutting or anything. The petrol is very light compared to all of these diesel turbos as well. Had mine for one year now and I love it and am joining the jeep club now.

My (Trina) Brother lives on the river side of Exeter and we loved all the back roads around there. We spent 2022 Christmas in Tassie and for 3 months we explored the beautiful island. Funny thing is, every time we drove past Grindewald we said we had to go there but sadly we never did. Next time. Great vid and safe travels.

Great adventure, I love my Gladiator Rubicon, I have had Fords, Toyotas, Nissans, and they were all great 4x4's, but I love my Gladiator the most yet. Some bad luck on that 200, the extra weight of those overland rigs has its drawbacks, good to see that it did not delay you too much.

It was awesome seeing a Jeep do Aussie tracks. The only other channel that had it I think was Ronny Dahl with his dad's JK. Can't beat a Jeep for a factory built technical track weapon.

The big V8 twin turbo diesel on the 200 series Toyota is way stronger than the drivetrain. I'm not likely to ever wild my wife's one like this given Stedi break there one on practically every trip.
@@adamedgar5765 Yeah I mean the engine is rock solid like most other Toyota blocks but I feel like at that point since it already is a heavily modified 200 with all that extra weight they might as well do a front solid axle swap.
Not a surprise when it's on a stiff lift kit, big tyres, aggressive driving and stock shafts.
Yup does look a bit like a lemon 🍋. Certainly seeing it has turned me off the 200, would rather take the 100 series anyday!!
I have a kitted-out GX460 (Prado) because I prefer the balance of touring and off-roading, but if you want the most capable weapon, a Wrangler is it.
Jeeps are definitely the most capable off the shelf off roader as long as you don't care about payload, reliability or comfort. If you want any of those then they are crap... i mean 800 lb payload for a wrangler is a joke.
Ok boys, here's what I want. The Zuk locked up! That thing would be crazy with just lockers. It's doing everything the other's will do so lock that thing and let's see what it does.
Also glad to see a Jeep. Seemed like you guys king of hated on Jeeps a few years back, but glad to see you guys coming around. At least here in the US, the Jeep base platform is still the number one starter!

what a great video! I'm so happy to see a jeep in the convoy. I own a tj and has gotten me in places I wouldn't think, unlocked! so here is my 2 cents: you have Clifford the zuk, why don't u also get a tj and maybe a lada niva and do a series on the poor mans 4x4. it would be fun!

What's under the primer on the A pillars under the windscreen on the zook?
They commonly crack and rust there but as Ive learned recently after fixing a few of them that they rust out at the foot of the A pillar, causing the flex that leads to that cracking under the windscreen corners and top door hinge.
A prick of a job if it's bad but worth of pulling the front clip to see if it's the case.
I love the Gladiator, hope it's in a lot more videos! 😊 we take our gladiator and wrangler on the tracks all the time in Western Australia ,never let's us down.
