4WD IMO is one of the best off grid shows.. Thank you Graham and everyone that makes it happen love everything about it keep sharing your adventures. Thank you too all for what you do and bring us along cheers mate!!! From Florida east coast..
As I sit here with my black lab curled up next to me, did not expect the ending in this video to have me so emotional. Such a sweet sentiment. Even though they never live nearly long enough, our four-legged best friends are always with us.
Same here, my girls with me on the couch now but she’s on her last few days… she’s been sick for a while but it’s really kicking in now. Hardest part of having a dog is signing up for some of the worst moments life can throw at you.
Same! Man, that came out of nowhere, was not expecting that. Beautiful sentiment though, makes me think about how much I miss the dogs that are no longer with me and love the ones that still are.
Awesome video as always Graham, Steph and Harley. Off Grid is one of the most epic 4WD series on TH-cam y’all really know how to show Australia for its beauty and culture. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
Haven’t been back along those roads since we were on the back of a truck fighting the fires! It’s amazing to see it is all bouncing back! Love the inclusion of the Coorong! My home grounds!
Hi Tom I got back from KI 2 weeks ago I went from Penneshaw to Vivonne Bay Stayed at Viv Bay for a few days Went to various places, and west to Admirals Arch The landscape / flora / fauna / trees etc is definitely coming back, with good fresh growth. Very savage bushfire back in 2020, but, nature does its thing, and recovers.. Cheers. 👍
What a epic adventure. ..you 3 make a awesome yet funny pair doing these adventures togeather. ..simply love these....waiting for more from you guys..❤
Graham, Lost my dog a few years ago and totally get what you're saying. Due to some issues I'm still in the process of spreading her ashes in all of our favorite places. She loved to fish and "swim" in the water (bulldogs are better at sinking lol), and so I'm spreading her in as many important places to us as I can. Hoping to finish up this year. You never forget them, and they take a piece of your heart when they go. Hope you're doing well mate.
What an episode, that ending was special. love the off grid platform of videos you are doing. Said this before, but this needs to be its own chanel with more frequent uploads. Keep up the amazing content 👏
@@markfrombriz they're generally not smart enough for that. They stopped killing foxes for the skins. Even tho they're feral. They're protesting against the Brumby cull. They're supporting Hamas terrorists. They call themselves him/her. She/they. Zen/, Zur.
Nice video Graham and co. I lost a German Shepherd dog, he's buried in sand hills near Canunda National Park, courtesy of the resident vet at Millicent. I often think of him as he loved the sand, water and running whenever we were able to take our dogs to the beaches at Beachport and Southend. So Graham, deepest sympathy on the loss of Saffron. I'm looking forward to more of your coastal adventures. Cheers.
Waiting on the next video graham. I love all the content on the channel I'm all caught up and have watched almost every video here. Enjoying y'all every night after work. Thanks from America and y'all keep up the good work and 4x4ing.❤
Always wonderful and entertaining to watch your amazing off-road adventures, but this one brought tears to my eyes as a dog lover, sorry to hear about your loss Graham, condolences to you and your family mate, RIP Saffron 😢
Really love how you have diversified in 24/7. The crazy stuff is awesome to watch but i'm more in to this type of touring. Your pup would love that beach, I'm sure! Best wishes!
The UK 🇬🇧 home of the landy no beastie lurking but plenty of bog holes and rocks to climb plus there is Scotland and wales ya would love it maybe not the weather but some spectacular views
"Strewth, what a ripper moment when Graham pays tribute to his mate Pet by scattering his ashes on the beaches where he'd love to frolic freely! Good on ya for your attitude! Can't wait for the next episode."
I love your off grid series Graham ever since I started watching the first episode I came across. I love the way you talk and everything. Your off grid series are very entertaining and I rewatched some of my favourite episodes. Thank you for sharing the story of your dog. 😊
The channel should do a thanks and good work to the camera crew at the end of each episodes. They do the main work and with out them they show would stop 😊😊
From a Mount Gambier local that loves driving along our coastlines. Next time you come intending to drive on the sand, please drop your tyre pressures to 10psi or 12psi. The reason for the low pressures is that you do heaps less damage to the sand tracks, especially the in the dunes, if you don't go that low. For example, where you first dropped your vans at Tea Tee Crossing. Those woops or undulations up the first dune climb are caused by ppl with too much tire pressure. I've driven many different vehicles, both 2 and 4wd along all our beaches here in the South East. I've also recovered many 4wd vehicles bogged to their chassis due to having 15psi or more in their tyres. Them being bogged on the beaches doesn't bother me, but the damage done to the tracks does and is really avoidable simply by letting your tyres down to 10psi. You won't roll a tyre off if you drive accordingly, meaning no tight turns on hard ground and keep your speed down, and the tyres will stay on their beads. In saying all that ,I enjoy your show and the places you get those vans into. Cheers and keep it black on black and safe driving.
What you're doing with your pup is a worthy endeavor, Graham. It certainly helps with closure 😊 Lost our dog of 10 years last year. Her ashes were scattered on a farm east of us. Still can hear her bark sometimes when I come to the door😢😢😢
Condolences about Saffron can totally relate and happy to see you taking her around still and in spirit giving her a run 🙏 And what happened to aus-solo?
Loving the off-grid programs Graham. As much as we love the 4WD 24/7 content, the Off grid content is just so much more relatable and informative for us, who are considering hybrid vanning in the not too distant future of retirement.
I reckon you should visit up around Chillagoe-Mungana… Do the caves and the dirt run from there to Normanton and Karumba… catch yourself a nice Barra up there
everyone seems to forget the best anchor point you can have in sand is a well berried spare tyre. dig a hole drop the spare tyre in it boom you have a good winch point
Well done team another great trip. Being able to watch this after just ticking off one of our bucket list trips ( Simpson Trip) and currently stopped in Mt Isa restocking to head up to the gulf. Love your work, keep it up
I've been doing the same for 10yrs now. My best mate Pete died 2014 (human not dog) and I've got some of his ashes in a small pill carrier. Everywhere I go 4WDing, he goes with me. He hangs around the indicator so he gives me direction lol.
34:19 I know it’s hard to find profound dialogue when you’re simply talking about winching but predicting the tide coming in further in 15 min had me chuckling a tad.
Check out Swan Lake (Portland Dune Buggy Club) between Portland and Nelson. Also beautiful spot at Lake Monbeong, and along the Glenelg River near Nelson, Vic.
Talaroo hot springs is amazing ur we could film it from memory u guys might be able to check it out 4.5 hrs west of cairns beautiful place we will go there again
Next time your cooking Graham,,, try 2/3 cup greek yoghurt and 1 cup SR Flour to make a dough... leave it to rise... a quick kneed and portion out for desired use. I find 1 1/2 cup yoghurt 2 cup SR flour is a better quantity. This makes great small dinner rolls and awsome thin pizza bases.
My recommendation for a great adventure - Robe to Beachport! I camped n Beachport with the fam many years ago. Fished with the kids off the Beachport (long) pier, and we could watch the salmon-trout take the bait. Took the old HiLux through the dunes to Robe, with a spot of suef fishing along the way. Fond memories and plan to get back to the Limestone Coast some day. As the Great Ocean Road - I cannot see anything great about it!
Graham, I do the same thing with my dogs ashes. He also loved beaches and went absolutely everywhere with me and yes, I also have enough fur in my cars to build a new dog. People thought I was a bit strange for not only having my dog cremated but also still taking him on trips and scattering his ashes. It's nice to see I'm not the only one.

Good on ya Graham! Saffron would be as happy as a dog running on a beach! Nothin harder then loosing a 4 legged mate!
Have you ever eaten cat…? FFS Graham 😂😂😂😂
Cat is a delicacy up North.
One of the lads in the army was telling me that meerkat is good eating not sure about regular cats 😂😂
reasonable question
Years ago Chinese restaurant best dim sims made from cat meat

In the history of 4wd monthly-4wd 24-7. No one has ever done the Canning Stock Route. I recon off grid should be the first

We camped a night there once and it was spectacular!
oh the feelings felt over Saffron!! She would absolutely have loved that!

I, too, lost my best friend at Christmas time last year and know the pain all too well mate.
That man seams to have found lots of ways to skin a cat 🙀 what a great local legend to visit

So glad you loving the vanlife Graham. And absolutely love offgrid enjoying it more than the usual 4wd 24/7
Spreading the ashes was a beautiful gesture to your pooch.
I'm loving the off grid episodes its making me really want to get out and see australia in ways most people wouldn't think
