Candle Ice Cubes
MATERIALS:
Small pot
Clear candle gel
Silicone spatula
Silicone square mold
Cutting mat
Knife
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place clear candle gel in a small pot and melt according to package instructions.
2. Carefully pour gel into square silicone molds.

Cola Candle
MATERIALS:
Pint glass
Candle wick
Hot glue
Clothespin
Melted candle gel
Fragrance oil
Amber candle dye
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Apply a small amount of hot glue to the base of a candle wick.
2. Place the candle wick in a pint glass. Push down the wick with a stick to secure it in place.
3. In a small pot combine melted candle gel, fragrance oil and amber candle dye.
4. Carefully pour candle mixture into pint glass. Fill up about ⅔ of the glass. Use a clothespin to hold the wick in place.
5. Add candle ice cubes to the glass.
6. Fill the rest of the glass with the melted candle mixture.
7. Let cool.
8. Trim the wick before using.
Margarita Candle
MATERIALS:
White tealight
Melted candle gel
Margarita glass
Candle wick
Hot glue
Fragrance oil
Green candle dye
Yellow candle dye
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Break a tealight in half and remove the wick. Cut the tealight into small pieces to resemble margarita salt.
2. Dip a margarita glass in melted candle gel to coat the rim of the glass. While the gel is still hot, dip the glass in the tealight bits to coat the rim of the glass.
3. Attach a wick to the center of the margarita glass. Secure with hot glue.
4. In a small pot combine fragrance oil, green candle dye and yellow candle dye.
5. Carefully pour the mixture into the margarita glass. Fill the glass ⅔ of the way.
6. Add candle ice cubes to the glass.
7. Fill the rest of the glass with the melted candle mixture.
8. Let cool.

Beer Candle:
MATERIALS:
Melted candle gel
Fragrance oil
Amber candle dye
Yellow candle dye

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Attach a wick to the base of a beer mug with hot glue.
2. In a small pot combine melted candle gel, fragrance oil, amber candle dye and yellow candle dye.
3. Carefully pour the candle mixture into the beer mug. Leave about half an inch at the top of the mug. Use a clothespin to hold the wick in the middle of the glass.
4. In a small mixing bowl pour out a small amount of melted white candle wax. You can melt down old tealights. Using a hand blender carefully whip the candle at a low speed, until the wax begins to cool and resemble drink foam.
5. Carefully spoon the foam candle wax to the top of the beer. Drizzle some foam to the side of the glass for added decoration.
6. Let cool.
7. Trim the wick before using.

4. Add candle ice cubes to the glass until the glass is half full. Hold the wick in place with a clothespin.
5. In a small pot combine melted candle gel, fragrance oil, yellow candle dye and one white tealight. Remove the wick from the tealight before adding it to the mixture. Mix the wax until the tealight has fully melted into the mixture.
6. Carefully pour the yellow mixture into the hurricane glass. Fill the glass about ¾ of the way. Give glass a gentle stir.

Just a warning for anyone who wants to make these and use them as candles, be careful of what type of glass you use. If it is not heat safe glass, the heat from the candle can actually shatter the glass. I bought a candle from a regular store and third time using it, it shattered. Not saying this happens all the time, but i deff think this would be cute just as decoration!
Marisa DeAngelis thanks!
Marisa DeAngelis I was thinking the same thing in regards to the glass being heat safe!
Agree with you, Marisa. Heat-safe glass always for candle pouring. Please, no wineglasses: the glass is not necessarily heat safe and can shatter on you. Good observation!
Thanks for the warning, didn’t think of that!
This, there's a real risk
Now, instead of drinking away my problems, I can _burn_ them!
Painfully_ Logical why not both?!
Kelsey Carbary that's fair
Pfff my god
Painfully_ Logical your name suits your comment
Manya Goyal :) it’s changed now
Okay: candle maker weighing in. My only real concern with this is the melting of the candle gel on direct heat. It's always better to use a double-boiler technique. Other than that, their technique is good. Always prepare for a re-pour (keep extra wax in case a divot forms around the wick as it solidifies). But best practice to add your fragrances off the heat (which they did). All-around good job.
Rosy Rondot The beating the wax with a hand mixer seems like the biggest pain to clean up. I mean cleaning the mixer after that:( Yikes!
you mean to melt it in a receptacle which you place in hot water, like how you melt chocolate?
Exactly, Artoria.
and what do you mean by "repour"? keep some of the melted candle gel on hand?
thanks :)
This is so creative!
Does anyone else really want to just squeeze the clear candle gel
Nonexistent very much so
Nonexistent
Yes
I want to eat it
YES

.
I did something like this for my mom back 4 years ago in a wine glass. She said it was a very thoughtful gift even though I'm under 21...
Can you please recommend type glasses to use. I know heat safe but any suggestions?
Wow this is actually really cool and creative
I love all of your candle videos! 😍
They are simply the best!
Very creative........I love Nifty BuzzFeed video
Awesome 👏
I would play with those squishy ice cubes all day
Nice idea.
Happy new year to all who reads this😁
Can you please list the different glasses that was used? Which type of dyes did you use? Also when making the two color gel candles, how long do you wait until pouring in the second color gel?
"Hey sweet candle bro, lemme give it a light"
"NO JOHNNY THAT'S MY DRINK!!"
*alcoholic cup bursts into flames*

Awesome for Parties and Gifts
These are really cool! Kind of wish you’d published that before Christmas - would have been a very unique gift :)
Beautiful and creative candles and this video was edited well, too! Much love
Lord knows I won't do this. But, man, wasn't it amazing?
They look very real!😀
OMG!! AMAZING!!! IM ON IT!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING 🥰🥰🥰
Love this idea.
You could also probably re-use old candles for some of these to, not just buy supplies
I wish this came out before christmas
My favorite is the beer 🍺 I just made 3 candles of my own definitely want to try more
These are adorable
I thought it said “Dank Candles”
Pineapple
Omg
Dank candles
I’m crying
Cool idea! 👍👌
choose your glasses VERY carefully for this one! lot's of glasses meant for those drinks can't actually handle the hotness of the wax melting(thats about 80degrees celcius)
This wax makes great candles but the wax does not tolerate sitting out at an outdoor craft show or farmers market. I made margarita candles and the wax got soft and goopy🥺 I’ll only be able to sell these indoors in AC from now on.
I just want to dive into a tub of those jelly ice cubes
I've always loved these. Now I will make em but for decoration
Don’t the cubes and the drink part have the same melting point? What keeps the cubes in their form?
These are amazing!
Nice candles
So cool
This deserves more views
WOw that was so fun to watch
Can u pls pls make bubble bath mixture 4 ways
Samantha Koo why 4 ways??
That is a very specific request
Awesome
Amazing ideas
You are awesome, thank you.
Can I use candle gel along with regular soy wax? Also can I use candle gel to give, let's say strawberry wax melts, a candied look? Or will it just melt the wax and bleed the color?
Very nice 👍
definitely gonna make it.
Very creative
This is actually really cool

But where can I get these candle glasses???
