Hi Luv the content I'll be travelling to rome from Australia in a couple of weeks with the family .could you possibly do a piece on Esim's and what's app if you use them that is ! Thanks
I need to look at the latest info for e-sims. Seems like things are changing fast. Whatapp seems to be the to go app for phone service in Italy. Almost everyone uses it there but not so much in the states. I will be working on a video for moth very soon. Thanks for the suggestion!
No, we live there 6 months a year as we still have kids and grandkids in the states. We usually spend 3 months at a time there then 3 in states and repeat. Currently we are in Utah and we will be back in September.
I'm from Rome, I don't like neapolitan style pizza, don't like pinsa... I only like roman type pizza with burnt edges. Baffetto is good but the best is "Ai Balestrari"
Hi! Thanks so much for the excellent content. Just wondering if you've ever tried the pizza at Mama Eat in Trastevere? My daughter has celiac disease so can't eat gluten, and they do gluten free pizza. Would love to hear your opinion on it/other suggestions for gluten free in Rome and Tivoli., where we'll be staying (thanks for that tip by the way!) Thanks, Tracey (South Africa)
Sorry Rozier Rome but I could not agree with you less---The thin-crust is not tasteless, it is unique and really hard to replicate....North Americans tend to lean towards neopolitain style pizza because it is so "bready" and more like pizza found in North American pizza joints. IMO it is too centre-moist and crust heavy filling you up on bread and not toppings , even as it is more generally liked by tourists. On the other hand, I have never tasted anything like roman style pizza like Marmi or da Bafetto anywhere else. Whereas the neopolitain-like pizza is a dime a dozen any where in the world. If you like the Napoli style places, let me know if you have tried Pizza Sforno on Statilio Ottato or Gatta Mangiona on Ozanam ....
I love a little pizza controversy! I feel your passion and I almost like Roman pizza more for it. Napoli style pizza may be found everywhere but that is not to say it is all good. I have been to plenty, even in Italy that are no good. So finding a good Napoli style pizza in the world is not easy. Thanks for all of the suggestions. I have been to Pizza Sforno along time ago but not the others. I remember going there after we visited the acquedotti. I look forward to trying the others. Are you a taglio or pinsa fan?

@@RozierRoma definitely!
Great content!!
So glad you think so. You must love pizza!
We just got back from Rome last week. I agree, Pizza Florida is really good (wish I would’ve tried the carbonara though!)
I will give you a reason to go back! Thanks for watching.

No, we live there 6 months a year as we still have kids and grandkids in the states. We usually spend 3 months at a time there then 3 in states and repeat. Currently we are in Utah and we will be back in September.
Taglio pizza!
E piu bouna!

I'll give Balestrari a try. I will say the burnt edges was my favorite part.
Napoli ❤
I can't argue. I love Napoli pizza but the Romen taglio is so under rated
Honestly we love all the food there. @RozierRoma
I don't like the Tallo style pizza...Just left Roma a few days ago..❤Rome and Italy!
You will be back for the pizza!

@@RozierRoma taglio would be my preference; pizza bonci or the stand in the Mercato Testaccio
