EXACTLY! There's something to be said for people who own/have/use/produce with actual genuine analog hardware. I'd give my left nut to have all that gear 😳 I've just started on my analog hardware journey a little over 2 years ago. And with Behringer going on their cloning spree once all the old patents became available, it's not easier & more affordable than ever to purchase analog gear. My first was the Model D and I love the sounds I get from it. Going to give myself a Christmas present this year and buy the MS-1 (FKA the MS-101) which is a clone of the Roland SH-101. Then Euro Rack is also more accessable than ever. So bringing it back to your point; the people that become famous and coveted are all the bedroom/laptop DJs & Producers. When I started to DJ in 2001, you had to buy actual turntables, then CD/Mp3 turntables. But again, now it's all different. Music in the mainstream is trash; everything has become pop music. Thank goodness there's still people who use hardware, are creative, and make music how underground used to be. Anyway. *end rant* _all I know is Matthew Johnson is a dope artist_ Cheers
